DOCUMENT ALLEGEDLY OBTAINED IN KENYA SENT TO EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS

(Sept. 5, 2010) — Lucas Daniel Smith has just completed a mailing to each member of Congress a copy of a document which he stated is a certified copy of the original birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II showing that Obama was born in Kenya, Africa. Each birth certificate copy was sent with a seven-page, individually-notarized letter by certified mail.  The project was completed on August 31, 2010.

Smith said that he obtained the document from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya in February 2009.  The  document became part of a lawsuit filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., in California which was denied a hearing in October 2009 by Judge David O. Carter.

In an interview with the Christian News Review on July 13, 2010, Mr. Smith described his background as a sociologist studying in Africa, how he obtained the document from Coast Province General Hospital, the cost, and the military and police presence there. A member of the Orange County Board of Supervisors wanted to sue his own state of California because law enforcement in his part of the state are struggling to deal with the decision to become a sanctuary state.

Shawn Nelson, of the Orange County Board of Supervisors, said on “Fox News Sunday” the decision by the state legislature to prohibit local authorities from turning over illegal immigrants to federal authorities without a warrant if they are arrested puts police in a bind.

“We are put in an untenable position where our sheriff’s deputies are precluded from talking to federal authorities if they know the authorities want to pick someone up because the person is here illegally, is charged with a crime, and our people can’t even talk to the federal government unless there are some exceptions that are met, like they are a prior convicted felon,” Nelson said.

On November 13, 2012, Benjamin Pauker, the senior editor of Foreign Policy magazine, was interviewed on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal” about Obama being reelected for a second term.

Beginning at around the 1:15 mark, Pauker was extolling Obama and claimed that a recent “comprehensive” survey of 18 countries found that “across the board there’s still enormous popular support for Obama,” whom Pauker calls “really a transformational figure, a hopeful figure.” Except in two places: Pakistan and Kenya.

Pauker attributes Obama’s unpopularity in Pakistan to the raid and killing of Osama bin Laden.

Then things got really interesting.

Beginning at the 1:43 mark, referring to Obama’s unpopularity in Kenya, Pauker said, “…and in Kenya, which is funny, because it’s Obama’s birthplace.”

Pauker then realized what he has just said, so he scrambled, “… because it’s [Kenya] homeland for him. I think in Kenya, which is sort of interesting, there’s a feeling among the public that they wanted him to focus more on his ancestral home.”

The word “Our” in March For Our Lives refers to students.

March For Our Lives was a student-led demonstration in support of tighter gun control that took place on March 24, 2018, in Washington, D.C., with over 800 sibling events throughout the United States and around the world. Student organizers from Never Again MSD planned the march in collaboration with the nonprofit organization Everytown for Gun Safety. The event followed the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, which was described by many media outlets as a possible tipping point for gun control legislation.

Never Again MSD (MSD refers to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School) is a group started on social media as a movement “For survivors of the Stoneman Douglas Shooting, by survivors of the Stoneman Douglas Shooting” using the hashtag #NeverAgain.
