Top Elf, US Attorney General Merrick Garland (or Garfinkel), is out of control (and he has been for a long time but the August 8, 2022 FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home is the match in the powder barrel). Garland (or Garfinkel) should resign now. If not, he will likely be fired by President Trump when he wins the US Presidential election for a third (3rd) time in 2024.
It’s now a lot easier, a heck of a lot easier, for a President to remove / fire federal employees who were appointed or nominated by a previous President. This is due to the US Supreme Court decision (June, 2021) in Patrick J. Collins, et al. v. Janet L. Yellen, Secretary of the Treasury, et al.
For example, in July of 2021 Biden fired the top Elf at the Social Security Administration, Andrew Saul (Commissioner), and pressured the Deputy Commissioner (David Black, another Elf) to resign. Saul refused to be fired and said he was going to continue clocking into work (remotely, this was back when Klaus Schwab was giving us our first free installment of the Great Reset and everything was closed and locked down) because he was appointed to a fixed term (by President Trump) which doesn’t end until 2025.
As you would expect (considering the above referenced June, 2021 US Supreme Court decision), when Saul tried to login to work (remotely) he found that he couldn’t because he no longer had a job (he was fired, as stated above).
Biden then presented an elf pet puppet named Kilolo Kijakazi (picture below) as acting Commissioner until he can find a replacement. She (Kijakazi) is still serving, more than a year later, as acting commissioner of the Social Security Administration.

Judge Orders Government to Produce Redacted Version of Trump FBI Search Warrant Affidavit

WEST PALM BEACH, Florida—A U.S. judge on Aug. 18 ordered government officials to give him a redacted version of a key document that led to the approval of the search warrant FBI agents executed on former President Donald Trump’s home in Florida.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart will review the proposed redactions and decide if they are appropriate.
Reinhart heard from government lawyers, which oppose the release of the version of the affidavit, and attorneys representing media outlets, which are calling for the release of the document, during a hearing in federal court on Aug. 18.
Reinhart said during the hearing that there may be information in the affidavit that is so sensitive that he will decide it should remain hidden from the public.
Affidavits are sworn statements commonly filed in court cases. In this case, the affidavit outlined reasons why Reinhart should approve a search warrant. Reinhart, who recently recused himself from a case involving Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, approved the warrant on Aug. 5. He also approved the unsealing of the warrant and some related documents, after the government and Trump’s team aligned on supporting the release.
