This is very say. I just learned today (or tonight) that attorney Mario Apuzzo passed away last October (June 30, 1956 – October 10, 2021).
The following is printed in his obituary at the Lester Memorial Home website:
Mario Apuzzo, 65 of Jamesburg died Sunday October 10th at Centrastate Medical Center, Freehold.
Born in Castellammare di Stabia, Italy, Mario came to the U.S. at the age of 7 and was a lifelong Jamesburg resident. He was a devoted family man, distinguished attorney, and passionate humanitarian.
In 1979 he obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Wilkes University, Wilkes Barre, PA, graduating magna cum laude. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1982 from Temple Beasley University School of Law, Philadelphia.
Mario continued his post-graduate legal studies with the University of the Pacific, Sacramento, CA at its McGeorge School of Law in Salzburg, Austria, which also included course work in Milan, Italy where he received a Diploma in Advance International Legal Studies in 1983.
He studied comparative international law at Temple University in Rome and also pursued a second law degree in the European civil law system at the University of Naples Federico II.
Since 1983, Mario practiced law from his law firm in Jamesburg, NJ where he effectively represented his clients. In fact, Mario was a renowned defense attorney who earned the distinction of winning a landmark case before the New Jersey Supreme Court. During his legal career, Mario also served his community as a municipal prosecutor and as police commissioner. He also had recently been admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California.
Mario had a passion for the arts. He was an avid reader, writer, and singer. He composed and played beautiful songs on the guitar. Additionally, Mario was a talented soccer player who played competitively since a young age.
He was predeceased by his parents Alberto and Lucia (DeLieto) Apuzzo.
Mario is the beloved spouse of over twenty years to Doris Apuzzo, a former Superior Court Judge from Lima, Peru and dedicated and loving father to his 19-year-old son, Mario Apuzzo, Jr who is a full-time undergraduate student in the University of Southern California. His older brother, Renato, lives in Castellammare di Stabia, Italy. Mario’s family is eternally proud of his legacy. His life will never be forgotten by his family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
Funeral services will begin 9:30 a.m. Saturday October 16th at the Lester Memorial Home 16 W. Church St., Jamesburg followed by a 10 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. James the Less RC Church, 36 Lincoln Avenue, Jamesburg.
Committal and cremation will be at Holy Cross Burial Park Crematory, East Brunswick.
Visiting hours for family and friends will be Friday 5-9 p.m. and Saturday 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

1 –> Abortion is no longer a constitutional right:
Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, No. 19-1392, 597 U.S. ___ (2022) overruled both Roe v. Wade (1973) and Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992).
2 –> Gun rights upheld (or expanded):
New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, 597 U.S. ___ (2022) rendered public carry a constitutional right under the Second Amendment.
3 –> Environment Protection Agency (EPA) powers curbed:
West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency, 597 U.S. ___ (2022), restricts the EPA’s authority to mandate carbon emissions reductions. EPA does not have the authority to set limits on carbon emissions from existing power plants. EPA cannot retrofit old statutes to create new tools or new mechanisms (only Congress can do this).
4 –> Issue: Whether a state’s judicial branch (i.e., Courts and Judges) may nullify the regulations governing the “Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives … prescribed … by the Legislature thereof,” and replace them with regulations of the state courts’ own devising.
It appears that the US Supreme Court will likely rule that the state legislatures have exclusive authority to set the rules for federal elections (US Senators, US Congressmen/women and US President) rather than allowing state courts to have a say in the matter.
Courts and Judges refused to hear or dismissed all or most election fraud cases and allowed Biden to steal the election. Multiple state legislatures investigated and found evidence of fraud and election theft in the rigged 2020 US Presidential Election yet these state legislatures were mostly ignored, laughed at and sometimes threatened with federal prosecution.

I think most of us already know about Richard Levine. He’s a gay Jewish man who chopped his meat off and now pretends to be a woman. He serves (since March 26, 2021) as the United States Assistant Secretary for Health.
Karine Jean-Pierre is gay/lesbian with a huge forehead (she usually wears her hair down over it). Not that it really matters. It’s only mentioned for context in regard to her being referred to as Lori Lightfoot’s doppelganger (dark version). Lori Lightfoot is the mayor of Chicago. She has an extremely large tv screen-like forehead and huge bug eyes. She’s known as Beetlejuice (as in the 1988 film staring Michael Keaton as Beetlejuice).

Scott Leibowitz is a pioneer in the field of transgender health care. He has directed or worked at three gender clinics on the East Coast and the Midwest, where he provides gender-affirming care, the approach the medical community has largely adopted for embracing children and teenagers who come out as transgender. He also helps shape policy on L.G.B.T. issues for the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. As a child and adolescent psychiatrist who is gay, he found it felt natural to work under the L.G.B.T. “umbrella,” as he put it, aware of the overlap as well as the differences between gay and trans identity.‘ (emphasis mine)

What do we know about Scott Leibowitz?
From the New York Times article (by Emily Bazelon, published June 15, 2022) we know (from his own admission) that he’s gay.
We also know the following public information (available at transgendermap.com):
His full name is Scott Farrell Leibowitz.
He was born on (or D.O.B.) May 20, 1978. I think his date of birth is helpful and relevant, for sociological perspective, to better understand how society may have created or formed the mind/brain of such an extremely reckless madmen.
He’s an American pediatric psychiatrist best known for his work with gender diverse youth (which we already gathered from the New York Times article).
He was born in Smithtown, New York.
He got a bachelor’s degree in human development from Cornell University.
He got a medical degree from the Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine New York State/American Program.
He completed residencies at the Zucker Hillside Hospital in Queens and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Long Island Jewish Health System.
He did a Fellowship at the children’s gender clinic at Boston Children’s Hospital with colleague Laura Edwards-Leeper. In 2013 he took a similar position at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago. In 2015 he was recruited to Nationwide Children’s in Columbus, Ohio.
Other than that he appears to be Jewish (and his name sounds Jewish) but I haven’t confirmed this.
