Was vaccination and inoculation for diseases and viruses such as Smallpox a prerequisite stipulation for obtaining a USA Passport in 1961 and/or for Americans to travel internationally in 1961?
According to secondhand sources it might appear that such vaccinations and/or inoculations were stipulated. According to one unknown 1954 Pennsylvania newspaper on ‘Passport Data’a Smallpox vaccination appears to have been a requirement for obtaining a US Passport and/or traveling abroad.The question was put forth in these words, ‘I am a naturalized U.S. citizen planning a trip to France this fall. Where do I apply in Philadelphia for a passport? Do I need shots of any kind? L.M.’

As you may know, for years I have been collecting old currency, banknotes, letters, documents, books and other paper antiquities. Most of my collections are from the Congo, equatorial Africa, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Cuba and the United States of America. One particular group of banknotes (Dominican pesos) that I am proud to have acquired in stages were all issued at some point in the 1880’s byEl Banco De La Compania De Credito De Puerto Platain the Dominican Republic (República Dominicana).
This blog report may appear to be a little off-subject or nihil ad rem. Although some readers here are already aware that I am a collector of paper antiquities there are probably thousands of other readers who are unaware. I’ve been prowling, hunting and looking all over hell for paper antiquities for many years. Barack Hussein Obama II’s Kenyan birth certificate is really and truly far more fascinating, mysterious (and perhaps baffling) than my earlier and later finds, but this hinges upon the fact that Barack Hussein Obama II, his family, and the Government(s) have, at various points in time, concealed the true and correct physical birth place of Barrack Hussein Obama II. If it were not for this concealment and secrecy the said Kenyan birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II might not be quite as interesting.
I plan to auction off, on eBay, the 1880’s pesos in my collection that were issued by the El Banco De La Compania De Credito De Puerto Plata. Denominations are as follows: 10 pesos, 5 pesos, 2 pesos, 1 peso, 50 centavos, and 25 centavos. These particular Dominican bills are all unsigned remainders. Highly under-rated and scare.

For some months now I have been working a slow and slothful, yet promising, scheme to gain access to colonial/protectorate records issued by the Coast Province General Hospital. Last month (October, 2009 2011) I received notification from long-time personal contacts (friends) now inside Kenya to the effect that they’d gained access to select birth records at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya via one of the hospital’s employees.
The above embedded Scribd document contains a sectional scan of what is, ostensibly, a superior, exceedingly higher quality, photocopy/scan of Barack Hussein Obama II’s original 1961 Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya, Certificate of Birth. The footprint appears identical in shape and size to the footprint on the document that I obtained in 2009. However, unalike the very dark and muddy footprint image contained on the 2009 certified copy, the footprint above is lighter, more pronounced and the lines and wrinkles of the skin are all discernible. Moreover, the paper certificate appears to be light brown, tawny or perhaps beige in color.

Well, in 1961 at least 6,792 Americans visited East Africa (i.e., Kenya, Tanganyika, Uganda and Zanzibar).
Total number of visitors (all nationalities) in 1961 who arrived in East Africa by way of airplane is at least 35, 426. Average duration of stay for all visitors that year was 16.25 days.

Near pristine image of Barack Obama’s 1961 baby footprint has surfaced in 2011.
Thirty-two months have passed since I exited Africa with a certified (2009) copy of Barack Obama’s 1961 Coast Province General Hospital (CPGH), Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya, Certificate of Birth. Said certificate of birth contains an image of a baby footprint. Said footprint is located in the lower left corner of the certificate. A close-up of the footprint is pictured below:
Observers have questioned the significance of the image found on the 1961 Kenyan hospital certificate of birth. Is the image merely a generic adornment, ornamentation or ‘trimming’ found on all of that particular hospital’s certificates of birth for that era? Or is the footprint that of the child bearing the name Barack Hussein Obama II?

Two years have passed now since I first began serious investigation into the ostensible birth announcements, of Barack Hussein Obama, II, which are said to have been published long ago in both the Honolulu Advertiserand the Honolulu Star-Bulletin.
On the 14th day of September, 2009 I was in the company of Charles Edward Lincoln, III, and Peyton Freiman Yates. The three of us had been staying at one of Lincoln’s decorous houses at 4 Via Corbina, Rancho Santa Margarita, California 92688.
For a number of days now I’d been an intermittent guest at Lincoln and Orly Taitz’s amorous and illicit love shack in Rancho Santa Margarita. Attorney Orly Taitz would pop over in the early mornings and energetically run up the staircase to Lincoln’s bedchamber on the second floor. The house was equipped with two bathrooms, one on each level, but the lower level bathroom consisted of only a can and a small wash basin. In order to shower one had to use the upper level bathroom. I take showers two or three time a day (or more when in the tropics) and I invariably shower when I awake in the mornings. On my way to the shower in the mornings I heard, on different occasions, Taitz talking dirty, i.e., kinky sex talk, to Lincoln in what I perceived as loud feigned murmurs. She appeared to be sexually serenading Lincoln with questions such as, ‘Do you want me to…[REDACTED]‘. I remember thinking to myself that Taitz was being awfully conspicuous and overt in carrying on this sexual liaison while Peyton and I were in the house and in fairly obvious earshot. I remember on one specific occasion they, Taitz and Lincoln, were in the bedchamber for a prolonged period and Peyton and I were waiting in the adjacent upper level landing which was a room which contained bookshelves strewn untidily with litigation, law-related books and other papers. There was also an attached desk-like area. I remember that when attorney Taitz finally exited the bedchamber that she appeared disheveled and her hair and mascara were in a wet mess. She had a look in her that made know that she was a real cougar. Again I was thinking to myself that this cougar woman was really being open with the sex stuff.
On a previous day Orly Taitz wanted to see my scar from my 2006 kidney donation. The surgery was done laparoscopically and I have only a small, perhaps 3″, horizontal cut near my waist. I also have four keyhole scars in my abdomen. At any rate, I undid my belt and then proceeded to unzip my pants when all of sudden Peyton said something like, ‘Uhh, I don’t think that we need to see that.’ Then attorney Taitz cut in and said something like, ‘I’m a doctor, I can look at it.’ At that point I looked at her and continued to unzip my pants and pull up my shirt. She immediately recognized the telltale signs of laparoscopic surgery while Lincoln and Peyton appeared to really not notice any real scars. At any rate, the comment by attorney Taitz garnered more than one set of raised eyebrows and a few jokes later on throughout the week about peter-gazing.

Friend and fellow patriot, Bruce Steadman, alerted me and others on our InspectorSmith youtube forum that he’d came across a recent editorial at The Post & Email website which consists of an open letter (email) from Niel Sankey to a ‘Sheriff in the Heartland’. The Post & Email’s editorial can be found here.
For readers that are not already aware Neil Sankey is a private investigator. Before that he worked for the British Police/Scotland Yard as a ranking detective for more than 20 years. Sankey has also worked, going as far back at least some time in 2009 if not further, in some sort of capacity, with attorney Orly Taitz.
Neil Sankey’s ‘Sheriff in the Heartland’ is Lonny Pulkrabek. He’s the Johnson County Sheriff. Johnson County is located in eastern Iowa and the county seat is Iowa City.
I’m very acquainted with both Johnson county and Iowa City. I’m from Linn county which is adjacent to Johnson county. My hometown of Cedar Rapids (seat of Linn county) is about a 25 minute drive, on I-380, from Iowa City. Moreover, I was born at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics which is located in Iowa City (Johnson county). My parents and I have never lived in Iowa City nor have we lived anywhere in Johnson county. My parents chose to give birth to me at the more adavnced and unrivalled University of Iowa Hospital rather than Mercy Hospital or St Lukes Hospital which are both located in Cedar Rapids.
For readers who don’t already know Theresa Cao is the courageous patriot who spoke up last January (2011) during the US House (US Congress) reading of the United States Constitution when she shouted “Except Obama! Except Obama! …“.
Theresa Salcedo Cao was subsequently charged with ‘Unlawful Conduct [on] Capitol Grounds’ which is a misdemeanor in the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Thenceforth Theresa Cao became a prominent figure in the Birther Realm and began to accumulate notoriety amongst Birthers, Obotopians and impartial audiences.
