Earlier today she advised me that a new (11.29.2011) filing was available for review in United States of America vs Frederick W. Thomas. Her duties also include analysis and review of prospective content to be published at WOBIK.
Frederick W. Thomas and his attorney, Jeffrey L. Ertel, have filed a Preliminary Appeal Of Order Detaining Defendant. Said document is dated 11.29.2011 and is embedded for review towards the end of this report.
I was, at least initially, surprised to see that the well known rapper, “TI”, was mentioned on page 5 of the filing.
T.I. was born in the year 1980 and his real name is Clifford Joseph Harris, Jr. He too is from Georgia. On October 13, 2007 he was arrested in downtown Atlanta, corner of North and Piedmont Avenues, for possession of three unregistered machine guns and two unregistered silencers, and possession of firearms by a convicted felon. He was set-up by his bodyguard (who was a confidential informant, and cooperating witness, for the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) who, on that day, sold TI the machine guns and the silencers. Prior to the set-up the bodyguard himself had recently been arrested for attempting to purchase guns from a federal agent.

The below embedded Detention Order was issued by the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, Gainesville Division on November 21, 2011.
The 28 page filing contains relatively limited, and by no means exhaustive, background or history and characteristics data regarding Frederick W. Thomas, Emory Dan Roberts, Samuel J. Crump and Ray H. Adams. However, it is a notably interesting read and I recommend that you read each every word on all 28 pages.
We learn that after Thomas was honorably discharged from the US Navy in 1989 he was employed in a number of jobs with military contractors which required “top secret clearance”. We also learn that the USA alleges that a search of his residence following his arrest revealed that Mr. Thomas had acquired 52 weapons, including assault rifles, pistols with extended magazines and shot guns, among other firearms, as well as 30,000 rounds of ammunition, some of which was subsonic, meaning that it makes little noise when fired. We learn that if convicted in federal court he, Thomas, faces an enhanced sentence because his offenses involve domestic terrorism.
We learn that Roberts is a Vietnam veteran. During his service in Vietnam he received wounds that left him with hearing loss and residual pain in his arms, legs and feet. We learn that if convicted in federal court he, Roberts, faces an enhanced sentence because his offenses involve domestic terrorism.
We learn that Crump worked as an electrical contractor for the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) for ‘some period of time’. Crump also has a criminal history which includes burglary and liquor manufacturing convictions from more than 35 years ago. We also learn that the USA believes and contents that Crump’s work (as an electrical contractor) at the CDC may have given him access to information useful to the production of, and safe handling of, biological weapons. We learn that if convicted in federal court he, Crump, faces a life sentence in prison.
We learn that Adams lives alone on 17 acres of land. He has a 22- year old daughter who is about to graduate from college and plans to enter the criminal justice field. He worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a biological technician for plant science from 1981 to 2006, when he retired after neck surgery. We also learn that the USA believes and contents that Adam’s past work for the US Department of Agriculture may have provided him with know-how and access to useful information to the production of, and safe handling of, biological weapons. We learn that if convicted in federal court he, Adams, faces a life sentence in prison.
Lastly we learn that all of four of the defendants suffer from a plethora of physical health problems.

Embedded below are four separate official Criminal Complaints, all filed on November 1st, 2011, in the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia in the following federal criminal cases:
United States of America vs FREDERlCK W. THOMAS; United States of America vs EMORY DAN ROBERTS; United States of America vs SAMUEL J. CRUMP; United States of America vs RAY H. ADAMS.
A criminal informant (CHS1), is responsible for entrapping these four Georgia senior citizens to avoid a prison sentence. I’m going note here for the record that CHS1, i.e., confidential human source #1, is ‘currently [out] on bond for pending felony state charges.’ In other words, this individual is a confidential informant (sometimes referred to as a snitch, tattler, rat, weasel or a squealer)who will say anything and everything to incriminate other individuals (often times this includes the informant’s own mother) to avoid being sent to the State/Federal Penitentiary or State/Federal Correctional Facility.

Emory Dan Roberts, Frederick W. Thomas, Ray H. Adams, and Samuel J. Crump.
Thomas is 73 years old, Crump is 68 years old, Roberts is 67 years old, and Adams is 65 years old. All four are residents of Georgia.
For what its worth, Reava King, et al. vs. F E Moran Inc, et al., appears to be the last case, of any type, that attorney Barack Obama litigated in federal court.
This civil case was opened on 06.26.2000 and closed on 01.28.2003. The case was filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
Defendants are listed as follows: F.E. Moran, INC.; Armon, INC.; Thermodyne Mechanical Services, INC.; F.E. Moran Fire Protection, INC.; F.E. Moran, Special Hazard Systems; Fire Protection Industries, INC.; Jadco Research & Engineering, INC., and Arnold Jackson.
For the record, for possible future reference, I want to point out that on page 27 of 27 Barack Obama’s name is listed along with three (3) other attorneys from the same law firm Miner, Barnhill & Galland. The other attorneys provided their identification numbers in the requested blocks on the form. However, Barack Obama’s is blank, no identification number is given. Perhaps the record was redacted now that Barack Obama is the de facto US President? Or perhaps the identification has always been absent on this particular filing?

Today, November 21, 2011, is the first time that I’ve ever seen this video.
Youtuber Akaczynski1 uploaded it to youtube on 11.16.2011 and in the relatively short period of time since then (five days now) the video had garnered more than 385,100 views.
However, it appears that the video was first uploaded to youtube almost three years ago (2 years and 8 months ago today) on March 21, 2009 by youtuber rolochoshu. The title of the video is Barack Obama in a Black History Minute from 1991. In the two years and eight months that the video has been on youtube it has received more than 82,400 views.
Interesting video.
UPDATE#1: A mere 12 hours after publishing this blog report the video embedded above (Akaczynski1’s upload) has went from around 385,100 views to more than 944,800 views. More than half a million additional views in the span of 12 hours.
Rolochoshu’s upload has also climbed from around 82,400 views to more than 84,400 views in the same time span.Approximately 2,000 additional views.
UPDATE #2: Akaczynski1’s upload has now went from around 944,800 views to well over one million views (approximately 1,042,400 views). This amounts to more than 97,000 additional views in the span of 6 hours.
Rolochoshu’s upload has also now climbed (barely) from around 84,400 views to nearly 84,600 views in the same time span. Approximately 200 additional views in the span of 6 hours.

There are procedures and protocol that are to be followed when US citizens give birth to children outside of the United States of America.
The forms, documentation and certifications which are, or were, filled out, recorded and issued have changed overtime. Some are no longer used/issued, some have been redesigned, and others have been created that did not exist prior to.
Moreover, depending on location and relevance, documentation and methods of securing such documentation, may differ and exist contemporaneously.

President John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) was born on May 29th, 1917, at his parent’s home in Brookline, Massachusetts. He was delivered by their family physician doctor Frederick L. Good.
However, for some reason Dr. Good never filed the proper paperwork at the local hospital to officially record John F. Kennedy’s birth.
Sometime around John F. Kennedy’s sixteenth (16th) birthday in 1933 when he was trying to obtain a driver’s permit his parents discovered that his birth had never been officially recorded. His parents then contacted Dr. Good and he filed a Delayed Certificate of Birth on June 30, 1933, so that John F. Kennedy could obtain his driver’s permit.
