Dinesh D’Souza sentenced to eight (8) months in a halfway house for violating election law (and for being an Obama critic, writing books like The Roots of Obama’s Rage and making movies like 2016)

Dinesh D'Souza river boat 2014 eight months community confinement centerUnited States of America vs Dinesh D’Souza, USDC, Southern District of New York, No. 14-cr-00034:

United States District Judge Richard Berman has today sentenced Dinesh D’Souza to serve eight (8) months at a community confinement center. In other words, a halfway house.

These facilities are typically for offenders who are coming out of prison or offenders who are given a last chance before, and in lieu of, being sent to prison.

Judge Berman also ordered the following:

1.  one day of community service a week

2.  pay a $30,000 fine

3.  weekly therapy

Last month D’Souza admitted to illegally giving $20,000 to two of his friends (and both of their spouses) as reimbursements for their donations to Wendy Long’s U.S. Senate (R- NY) campaign in 2012.  Regulations at the time limited individual donations to a maximum of $5,000.  One of the friends was Denise Joseph.

Wendy Long’s 2012 campaign was unsuccessful.

D’Souza and Long have known each other since their days at Dartmouth College in the early 1980s.

During sentencing prosecutors in the case stated that D’Souza has been seen on television and the internet, after his guilty plea, stating that he was “selectively” targeted for prosecution and that he had no choice but to plead guilty.

This is a big no-no in federal court because you are required to take responsibility for anything that you plead guilty to.   It should be noted that pleading guilty in a federal court is nothing like pleading guilty in a state court.   In the federal system one must be ‘debriefed’ and admit to all crimes that one has ever committed and also provide information that one has on all crimes that others, including friends and family, have committed during one’s lifetime.

Those debriefings are then used to prosecute, or apply pressure to, other individuals. Sometimes years down the road.

In any event, the Judge (Berman) wasn’t real pleased with D’Souza exercising, post-guilty plea, his free speech online, and on television, regarding the criminal case.

At sentencing Berman said, I’m not sure, Mr. D’Souza, that you get it… And it is still hard for me to discern any personal acceptance of responsibility in this case.

Peter Boyles Show – September 23, 2014 – Brian Reilly, Colonel Lawrence Sellin and Peter Boyles calling out and exposing Mike Zullo and Carl Gallups as liars.

Brian Reilly, Colonel Lawrence Sellin and Peter Boyles called out and exposed Mike Zullo and Carl Gallups as liars.

This is NOT the interview which has been posted at the BIRTHER REPORT today (Fireworks: Carl Gallups Takes On Col. Lawrence Sellin; Sheriff Arpaio’s Obama ID Fraud Investigation)

Brian Reilly, for readers who don’t know, is a former member (2012) of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse and a former board member of the Surprise Tea Party in Arizona.

Reilly states that he believes that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and that the Hawaiian birth certificate is “straight” or genuine and authentic.

Colonel Lawrence Sellin states that Carl Gallups has made statements which are “preposterous” and “bizarre” and that Gallups uses a strategy of setting up straw man arguements and then knocking them down and not answering any questions that anyone asks him.

Sellin also states that if there is any ‘universe shattering’ information then why is Carl Gallups, a Florida pastor with a radio show, the closet person to Mike Zullo?

Peter Boyles states that he had Gallups on his radio show (the Peter Boyles Show) for 45 minutes and that he (Gallups) didn’t answer anything.

Colonel Lawrence Sellin and Peter Boyles state that they believe that Barack Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate is a ‘forgery” and they aren’t sure where (Hawaii, Kenya or anywhere else) Barack Obama was born.

The Thriller Series (PN-7): Thurgood Marshall (lawyer from Brown vs Board of Education and future US Supreme Court Justice) traveled to Kenya in January 1960 and was not recorded in USDJ Annual Report (1960) for the INS.

Thurgood Marshall Kenya 1960 Obama INS Annual Records Immigration Naturalization ServiceThurgood Marshall was the lawyer who argued (successfully) before the US Supreme Court in Brown v. Board of Education, 347 U.S. 483 (1954)The Court’s decision in the case declared unconstitutional all state laws establishing separate public schools for black and white students.

Marshall was appointed to the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (August 1961 – August 1965) by President John F. Kennedy.

He was appointed as the US Solicitor General (August 1965 – August 1967) by President Lyndon Johnson.

President Johnson nominated him in 1967 to the United States Supreme Court.  Thurgood Marshall served as a US Supreme Court Justice from October 1967 thru October 1991.

Thurgood Marshall also served as an adviser to Kenyan nationalists during the 1960 negotiations (the first of three Lancaster House Conferences) on a new constitution for Kenya.

He traveled (air travel) from the United States to Kenya in January, 1960.  His travels to Kenya are recorded in the book (the cover is embedded above), Exporting American Dreams: Thurgood Masrhall’s African Journey (2008) by Mary L. Dudziak.

Exporting American Dreams: Thurgood Marshall’s African Journey

Prior to the publication of Mary L. Dudziak’s book she published (Dec. 2006) a paper called Working Toward Democracy: Thurgood Marshall and the Constitution of Kenya in the Duke Law Journal:

Duke Law Journal, Volume 56, December 2006, Number 3

The document is sixty (60) pages in length and on the first page we find this:

According to the Immigration and Naturalization Service chart below no one (US citizen or alien) traveled, by air, from the United States to Kenya between the dates of June 30th 1959 thru June 30th 1960.

This data cannot be accurate when we know that Thurgood Marshall traveled, by air, from the United States to Kenya in January, 1960.

Thurgood Marshall returned to the United States at some point in February, 1960. However, at some point in January 1960 he traveled from Kenya to London (United Kingdom) and spent some time there as part of his role as adviser at negotiations for a new Kenyan constitution.

Conclusion:

Evidently the USDJ Annual Report for the INS are flawed, inaccurate and unreliable.

The annual report from 1962 cannot be used as evidence to rule out the possibility of the following individuals traveling (by air) from Kenya to the United States in August 1961:

1.  Stanley Ann Dunham

2.  Barack Obama, II

3.  Barack Obama, Sr.

Meet skeptic (Obot BobJ) Bob Jones

I haven’t ‘outed’ Bob Jones.  He posted a comment (a question) on one of my Youtube videos the other week and it appears that he uses his real (?) name on Youtube.  If he didn’t want anyone to know who he was he wouldn’t have made the comment at the video.

I believe that his name probably really is Bob (or Robert) but I’m not sure about his last name being Jones (although that may very well be his true name).

He appears to be an American who lives in Daegu (or Taegu), South Korea.

He also indicates that he is a teacher (he probably teaches English as a Second Language or English as a Foreign Language).

If Korea is anything like China (it probably isn’t) then that means, essentially (and perhaps contrary to what you may have been told or read), that there are really and truly only a few requirements for the position:

White American with no skill sets

He doesn’t say exactly where he teaches but I think there’s a good chance (I readily admit that I may be incorrect in my assumption) that he may work at Kyungpook National University.

Or he might be student at Kyungpook National University and teach English as a Second Language at some smaller institute in the city of Daegu (or Taegu).

In his video (dated Sept. 7th 2014) he states, among other things, that if you’re a birther and you’re here just fuck off and die.

Perhaps Bob Jones is looking for traffic.  I don’t have a problem with that.  Maybe he wants to start a blog?  Maybe he’s trying to become an affiliate marketer?  Or perhaps he just wants to share his insight (?) on South Korea with the rest of the world.

We might as well review his video and take this opportunity to study a skeptic and, in return, help him with a little bit of traffic that he may be looking for.

Why can’t we get one of these with newborn Barack Obama II and his mom Stanley Ann Dunham?

lolos-mother-maya-ann-and-madelyn-in-indonesia-copy

Madelyn Dunham on Stanley’s left.  Lolo Soetoro’s mother on her right?

Maya with her mother (Stanley) and her two grandmothers?

Maybe the picture is taken from Janny Scott’s A Singular Woman?   I have the book, I bought it back when it was new (2011) but, unfortunately, I didn’t get around to reading it and its currently at my other house.

[Also, around the same time, bought Sally H. Jacobs’s The Other Barack: The Bold and Reckless Life of President Obama’s Father but I never got around to reading it either!]

Bruce, do you still have your copy of Janny Scott’s book?   Can you take a look and see if the picture is in there?

If anyone reading knows more, or different, please let us know.

In any event, why can’t we get one of these with newborn Barack Obama II and his mom Stanley Ann Dunham?

When was Barack Obama, Sr. born? Would Kenyan hero Tom Mboya know?

Tom Mboya The Man Kenya wanted to Forget by David Goldsworthy Barack Obama birth certificateSince we’ve been talking about the esteemed Tom Mboya in our last three (3) reports here at the WOBIK blog we’ve decided it only appropriate to point out that he, like Obama Sr., did not know his true and correct date of birth.

Obama, Sr. used two different dates of birth on his own passports.

In his 1959-issued passport he used June 18th 1934 as his date of birth.  To view passport click here.

In his 1964-issued passport he used June 18th 1936 as his date of birth.  To view passport click here.

Some skeptics have put forth claims indicating that the certified (2009) copy of Barack Hussein Obama II’s 1961 Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya certificate of birth is a forgery on grounds that the date of birth given for the father (Obama, Sr.) consists of nothing more but the year 1936 (day and month not listed).

Skeptics assert that the ‘forger’ couldn’t risk guessing at the month and day.  It appears that back in 2009 there weren’t yet any online references to Obama, Sr.’s full date of birth.

As of 2014 there are at least four (4) official (i.e., found on official documents) dates of birth for Obama, Sr:

1.  1936

2.  1934

3.  June 18th 1934

4.  June 18th 1936

In any event, there’s nothing atypical or significant about a person born in Sub-Saharan Africa not knowing their date of birth. (Especially if you were born 80 years ago in the 1930’s.)

For example,  Tom Mboya (Thomas Joseph Odhiambo Mboya) did not really and truly know his exact date of birth.  See pages five (5) thru six (6) of the book, Tom Mboya: The Man Kenya wanted to forget (1982), by David Goldsworthy:

When he was baptized at Kilimambogo Mission on 22 April 1932, the Catholic fathers estimated his age at about two years. Mboya himself, however, always insisted that 15 August 1930 was his date of birth. And for lack of any known alternative, this date must be accepted. By Luo custom the infant was called Odhiambo, signifying that he had been born in the evening. His other names accrued to him over a period.

I own letters, and other documents, written and signed by Tom Mboya.  To view some of those click here.

Tom Mboya was assassinated on July 5th 1969 in Nairobi, Kenya.

The Thriller Series (PN-6): CONFIRMED- Aircraft leaves Nairobi, Kenya on September 7th 1959 and same aircraft lands on September 9th 1959 in New York and none of the passengers are recorded in the Annual Report (1960) for the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

I’ve now confirmed that the aircraft in these photographs are the same aircraft.

The aircraft departed the Embakasi Airport in Nairobi, Kenya on September 7th 1959.

The very same aircraft landed two days later at Idlewild Airport in New York on September 9th 1959.

None of the 81 students, nor others aboard the aircraft, were recorded in the United States Department of Justice Annual Report (1960) for the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

I also learned that there were three (3) more Kenyan students, who weren’t on the flight, who arrived shortly thereafter in New York by regular commercial carrier.  These individuals weren’t recorded either.

All together the African student’s consisted of 70 men and 14 women.

Tom Mboya raised $24,000 to charter a plane from Nairobi, Kenya to New York.  This reduced the unit costs per passenger by about 50%.

Much of the funding for Project Airlift-Africa 1959 came from Jackie Robinson, Sidney Poitier and Harry Belafontne.  Among other commendable actions they also wrote letters of sponsorship, covered tuition and provided scholarships.

The USDJ Annual Reports for the Immigration and Naturalization Service are flawed, inaccurate and exceedingly unreliable.

Its doesn’t seem to matter if you took a direct flight or not.  Being recorded in Annual Report for the INS appears to be, at best, arbitrary.

Or perhaps (?) it was based on paperwork filled out by the passengers themselves.  For example, whenever I’m on the last leg of my returning flight to the United States I (like all passengers) am asked to fill out paperwork for customs and immigration.  The questions include:

1.  Port of embarkation

2.  Flight number

In any event, the USDJ Annual Report (1962) for the Immigration and Naturalization cannot be used as evidence to indicate that Stanley Ann Dunham (or anyone else) did not travel, by air, from Kenya to the United States in August 1961.

The Thriller Series (PN-5): Skeptics wrong again. Flawed and unreliable Annual Report (1961) of the US Immigration and Service appears to record the second airlift (September 1960) of African students.

Image credit: Susan Mboya – Zawadi Africa Educational Program.

The Kennedy family donated $100,000 which was primarily used to pay for a second airlift which occurred in September, 1960.

This second airlift appears to have consisted of four separate flights of students.  Airlift Africa September 1960 flight to New York from Kenya Tom Mboya John F Kennedy Barack ObamaIt appears that a combined total of 295 students were flown from Kenya Colony to New York. In contrast to the September 1959 airlift which consisted of 79 Kenyans and just 2 other African nationalities the September 196o airlift consisted of students from Kenya and six other East African countries.

The United States Department of Justice Annual Report (1961) of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) indicates that, from June 30th 1960 thru June 30th 1961, there were 282 aliens (non-US citizen) who traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States. Moreover, the report indicates that there were also three (3) US citizens who traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States:

After skeptics read our recent reports (PN-4 and PN-3) regarding the flaws and inaccuracies found in USDJ Annual Reports for the INS some of them countered by arguing that the INS Annual Reports are not flawed, nor are they inaccurate, because (they say) the Kenyans, and the two other Africans, who flew to New York probably didn’t have direct-flights and must a have embarked to the USA in some other country in Europe before arriving in New York.

Before we go any further lets makes sure we all know what a direct flight is:

According to Wikipedia  A direct flight in the aviation industry is any flight between two points by an airline with no change in flight numbers, which may include a stop at an intermediate point.

[1] The stop over may either be to get new passengers (or allow some to disembark) or a mere technical stop over (i.e., for refuelling). Direct flights are often confused with non-stop flights, which are flights involving no intermediate stops.

[2] When there is a change in flight number, the subsequent flight is referred to as a connecting flight.

Wikipedia makes it sound a little more difficult than it should be.  Typically a direct flight means that you may make stops but you will remain on the same airplane. Sometimes there may be a change of airplane but the flight number remains the same.

I DON’T agree with Wikipedia’s “[2]” definition.

In any event I first want ask the skeptics just how exactly did they figure (hypothetically at least) that Stanley Ann Dunham would have flown from Kenya to the United States in 1961?

How can you rule out Stanley Ann Dunham traveling, by air, from Kenya to the United States in 1961 because she she wasn’t listed in the USDJ Annual Report for the INS (1962) but at the same time give the African students a pass on grounds that they probably didn’t have direct-flights from Kenya the United States?

Essentially, here’s the question:

Could Stanley Ann Dunham traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States and NOT be listed in the USDJ Annual Report for the INS?

Furthermore, why is that the second African student airlift (September 1960) is recorded in the USDJ Annual Report (1961) for the INS?  The 1961 Annual Report indicates that the 282 aliens and 3 US citizens arrived in the United States, by air travel, from Kenya between the dates of June 30th 1960 and June 30th 1961.

While the numbers still appear to be flawed and inaccurate (reportedly 295 African students arrived, not 282) its obvious that these the 282 aliens are the students from the second African airlift.

Why would the first African student airlift not be recorded by the Annual Reports for the INS but the second African student airlift would be recorded by the Annual Reports for the INS?

Evidently the Annual Reports for the INS are flawed, unsound, inaccurate and exceedingly unreliable.

I want to touch for just a moment again on the skeptics’ theory about the first African Airlift students not having direct-flights.  From photographs that I have seen from the departure and arrival of the September 1959 African student airlift it appears (windows, stripe, design) that the same exact airplane that left Nairobi was the same one that later arrived in New York:

Nairobi Kenya to New York United States 1959 African student airlift Tom Mboya pictures Obama - Copy

These photographs appears to support a direct-flight.  But yet they passengers are not recorded in the USDJ Annual Report (1960) of the INS.

In any event, no one ever said that Stanley Ann Dunham traveled on a direct-flight when she flew from Nairobi, Kenya to the United States.  I’m not even sure that there were any normal commercial direct-flights back in 1961 when traveling from Kenya to the United States.

Even today, in 2014, it appears that when flying between Kenya and the United States that most (if not all) flights are NOT direct flights.  I read a USA Today article from January 29th 2014 in which that following is stated:

New Boeing Dreamliners, the opening of a new terminal, and, on the horizon, Kenya’s first direct flights to the USA. The CEO of Kenya Airways is predicting an exciting couple of years for African air travel.

Kenya Airways aims for major expansion, flights to USA

[NOTE: I’m not even sure that direct-flights to the United States are very safe.  I’ve experienced pretty weak security checkpoints when entering airports in Africa and the Caribbean. Its nothing at all like the security that you encounter when entering airports in the United States or in Europe.]

Conclusion:

The 1959 African Airlift was not recorded in the USDJ Annual Report (1960) for the INS.

The 1960 African Airlift was recorded in in the USDJ Annual Report (1961) for the INS.

No matter how you slice it the USDJ Annual Reports for the INS are flawed, inaccurate, unsound and exceedingly unreliable.

The 1962 Annual Report cannot be used as evidence that Stanely Ann Dunham (or anyone else) did not travel, by air, from Kenya to the United States.

The Thriller Series (PN-4): The first airlift (September 1959) of Kenyan students (81 students, 79 of them Kenyan) to the United States not recorded in the Annual Report of the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Kenya Airlift 1959 airliftees Tom Mboya Tom Shachtman ObamaApproximately one month after Barack Obama, Sr. left Kenya Colony for the United States of America the first of Tom Mboya’s aiflifts departed from Kenya with 81 East African students

Of the 81 students 79 of them were Kenyan, one was from Uganda and the another was from Tanganyika (now known as Tanzania).

In September of 1959 the 81 airliftees, and Tom Mboya himself, boarded an airplane at Embakasi Airport in Nairobi, Kenya.

All 81 of the East African students can be seen in the adjacent photograph.

There is also a photograph which was taken in September 1959 at the Embakasi Airport in Nairobi, Kenya which shows Tom Mboya welcoming the 1959 airliftees aboard in the airplane:
Kenya Airlift 1959 airliftees Tom Mboya Tom Shachtman Obama airport Embakasi NairobiThey arrived at the Idlewild Airport (now known as John F. Kennedy) in New York on the 10th or 11th day of September 1959.

NOTE: Obama, Sr. was NOT an airliftee and he financed his own tickets probably with some help from Elizabeth Mooney (from Maryland) and Helen Roberts (from California) who were in Mombasa, Kenya Protectorate in the year 1959.  Obama, Sr. departed Kenya and arrived in Kenya approximately one month before the first airlift.

We can add these 81 students, and Tom Mboya himself, to the list of those who were not recorded in the United States Department of Justice Annual Report (1960) of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).

The said report indicates that, from June 30th 1959 thru June 30th 1960, there were zero (0) aliens (non-US citizen) who traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States. Moreover, the report indicates that there were also zero (0) US citizens who traveled from Kenya to the United States. Supposedly, no one at all traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States.
