The 2009 certified copy of Barack Obama’s Kenyan 1961 Coast Province General Hospital (CPGH) birth certificate was stamped and signed in the name of Dr. Heltan Maganga (or Helton Maganga) on February 19th, 2009 in Mombasa, Kenya.
The doctor who provided that document was Dr. Merry Othigo (or Marry Othigo, or Mary Othigo as well as variations of her middle name, Jennifer).
I found this Helena Moreno actress in Angola today while searching for more info on Dr. Heltan / Helton Maganga.
Evidently this lovely Angolan actress, Helena Moreno and her boyfriend Milton Miguel had a child (a boy) circa 2016/2017. They named him Helton! Apparently they named him Helton because, in this particular instance, it’s a portmanteau (or a blend/mixture of two or more names) of Helena and Milton. Interesting (even if not helpful with the research)!
