(Aug. 15, 2019) — On Thursday night’s “Hannity,” Fox News Legal Analyst Gregg Jarrett told host Sean Hannity that former White House occupant Barack Obama was aware of the FBI and CIA’s counterintelligence probe and surveillance of members of the 2016 Trump presidential campaign.
In discussing the implosion of the Trump-Russia “collusion” probe with no findings of conspiracy by the Mueller report released in April, Hannity asked Jarrett if the origins of the probe into “the campaign, transition and presidency and the counterintelligence investigation might go into the office of Barack Obama.”
