I originally intended to publish this report on the 4th of July (2012) but was unfortunately unable to do so.
I original published my Free on the 4th of July on the 4th of July, 2011. The report was a true tale, long and windy, and written in my trademark unorthodox, yet tremendously popular, writing style. That report can be accessed here.
I was again for a second time made free on this 4th of July 2012! I affably and wholeheartedly thank the Honorable Iowa District Court in and for Linn County and it’s Honorable Officers for not burying me as agents of the federal government had pressed for when they initially made contact with the Cedar Rapids Police Department and Honorable Linn County Attorney’s Office in 2010 in an effort to silence me and the verisimilitude of Barack Obama’s birth in Kenya and the tangible existence of a record of such a birth abroad which constitutes and designates Barack Hussein Obama II as ineligible for Office of President of the United Stated of America.
Last year (December 1st, 2011), while I was out of the country, the Honorable Iowa District Court in and for Linn County issued a warrant for my arrest:
After nearly being murdered by Tom Worthington, an agent of J.A. Lasorsa & Associates, I slipped back into the United States of America and successfully circumvented arrest on a felony warrant by making immigration in Puerto Rico (opposed to the mainland) via the America Cruise Ferries which travel between the Dominican Republic (República Dominicana) and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. I did get jammed up for several hours in Homeland Security in Puerto Rico at which time I was stripped down and interrogated by agents of the federal government and questioned regarding Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate, drugs, and child pornography (thanks Obots!) and whether or not I was traveling with teenage girls (thanks Obots!). I then traveled by shuttle van to San Juan (some hours away) and the next day flew to Texas and went on to fly to Chicago and from there; then via the Blue Line subway train I traveled to the GreyHound bus station in downtown Chicago and from there I traveled via bus to my hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Mere days after returning to the United States of American I filed the following, via USPS mail, with the Honorable Iowa District Court in and for Linn County asking the Honorable Court to recall the arrest warrant which it had ordered some months ago:
Honorable Judge Mitchell E. Turner of the Sixth Judicial District of Iowa granted (without opposition from the Honorable First Assistant Linn County Attorney Nicholas G. Maybanks) my motions and had the warrant recalled and set new dates for pretial and trial:
On May 3rd, 2012, at pretrial, another pretrial was set as well as a new date for trial:
On the day before Independence Day (2012) the Honorable Judge Stephen B. Jackson of the Sixth Judicial District of Iowa along with the Honorable First Assistant Linn County Attorney Nicholas G. Maybanks allowed my to plead guilty to an aggravated misdemeanor, unsupervised probation, suspended 90 days jail sentence (which cannot be increased), suspended fine, and roughly $3000.00 in restitution to US Bank (I’d already paid some prior to the plea and sentence):

A breakdown of charges and prison time I was originally facing and subsequently offered, rejected, as well as an final offer are as follows:
1. Class D Felony, 5 years prison sentence (no probation for me). If I would not accept I would be tried as an habitual offender which would add 15 years to my sentence. In addition my Class D felony would be enhanced to a Class C felony which carries 10 years prison (no probation for me). Total: 25 years in prison with a minimum mandatory of a certain number of years before eligible for parole.
2. Aggravated Misdemeanor, 2 years prison (no probation for me).
3. Aggravated Misdemeanor, suspended 2 year prison sentence with 2 year supervised probation.
4. Aggravated Misdemeanor, suspended 90 day jail sentence, 2 years unsupervised probation, suspended fine, restitution to US Bank.

The eBay auction seller who has tried multiple times to sell an allegedly genuine copy of Barack Obama’s “Kenyan birth certificate” now is offering for sale a photograph of individuals who reportedly contributed to the strategy through which the still-unproven document was obtained.
And the seller, identified as “colmado_naranja,” who claims to have obtained the document while traveling Africa, suggested more information will be revealed on a planned YouTube video.
“My user name is InspectorSmith. I’ve had the account for some time. I have never uploaded anything. … So this will be the first time that I’ve ever uploaded anything. So you’ll get your document yet, up close and personal,” the seller wrote on the latest eBay posting.
The seller explained previously that Kenyans had boasted Barack Obama II was born in the Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa at 7:24 p.m. on Aug. 4, 1961, which correlates to speculation that has existed over the president’s birthplace since prior to his election.
The seller made four attempts to auction the “evidence,” which would presumably render Obama ineligible to serve as president for violating the “natural born citizen” clause. The eBay website has a policy forbidding the sale of certain government documents, which presumably led to the auction page being removed.
In the fifth attempt at auctioning “the truth about Obama,” the seller didn’t mention the birth certificate, offering instead a “dissertation” on Obama’s birthplace, and the auction page still disappeared.

Lucas Daniel Smith’s ‘July 4, 2010 Letter to Congress’ Regarding His Trip to Kenya in February 2009 and Obtaining a Certified Copy of the Authentic, August 4, 1961 Birth Certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.
Lucas Daniel Smith obtained a certified copy of Mr. Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate directly from the birth hospital in Mombasa on February 19, 2009. He informed every member of the U.S. Congress of this fact in his ‘July 4th, 2010 Letter to Congress’. Each of the over 535 individually addressed, signed and notarized letters was sent via USPS Certified Mail. A copy of Mr. Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate was enclosed with each letter along with another important document. This monumental project took over a full month for Mr. Smith to accomplish.

I’m immensely grateful to be free on the 4th of July, 2011. As many of you may now I was picked up, arrested, in Tucson, Arizona, on the 20th day of May, 2011, shortly before I was to board an airplane to the land of paradise.
I was picked up for an outstanding arrest warrant from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The charge: 2nd Degree Theft, which is a class D felony in Iowa and carries a 5 year, a nickel, prison sentence in that state of Iowa. Prisoners serving 5 years in Iowa are eligible are for parole after 8 months. However, the last time that I served a 5 year prison sentence in Iowa I served about 3 years (January 27, 2000 thru December 25, 2002) and was then discharged from any and all state custody, i.e., no parole, no halfway house, no supervision of any sort.
Now more than 10 years later (never been back to prison) I am now accused of allegedly making an illegal banking transaction in the amount of approximately $3000.00 between my Bank of America account and my US Bank account. Said alleged transaction allegedly occurred in August of 2010. I’m innocent and this criminal case in an attempt to punitively silence me and quash, suppress, reject as invalid and put an end to my account of having personally obtained a 2009 certified copy of Barack Hussein Obama II’s 1961 British Protectorate of Kenya, Mombasa, Coast Province General Hospital (CPGH) orginal birth record. The federal government has been meddling in my affairs as far back as April or May 2010. The federal government is instructing and orchestrating the city and state police in Iowa in an attempt to silence Lucas Daniel Smith.”

If obama’s was a citizen of Kenya, then our president can serve in his current job.
If obama father was a citizen of Kenya, then obama can not be president. When obama and his mother moved to Indonesia, did obama take his step-father’s last nsme? Has our president ever use an alias? Did our leader ever state on any college grant forms that was a citizen of Indonesia? If he did he cheated our govt. Of much needed funds. This one fact would be very bad.
