Part 2 of Obot speculation of recent forgery in my US Passport.

On April 3, 2011 I published a report here entitled: “Obot speculation of recent forgery in my US Passport.“

In that report I explained that an Obot named Whatever4 at TheFogBow website questioned the authenticity of stamps in my passport due to what they deemed to be possible conflicting date formats listed on stamps from the same country.

I recently stumbled upon a bolder claim regarding the stamps in my passport.  Sef at the ObamaConspiracyTheories website makes the following accusation: “Let’s be realistic here. Someone’s visa pages from a passport were shown. There is no proof that those came from Lucas’ passport.”

Its seems that most Obotopian are uncompromising, unwaivering and steadfast conspiracy theorists.   Apparently no matter what measure and volume of evidence is provided Obots will continue to believe that everything is a conspiracy, a big lie and a forgery.

In what manner should I disclose my passport pages?  Obots have determined that PDF format will not not do.   Perhaps a video in which I unhurriedly  and painstakingly flip the pages from front cover thru back would suffice?   Or would the inhabitants of Obotopia scream ‘crude forgery’ and point out that the pages with the African passport stamps have been incontestably ‘spliced’ in to my passport after the pages were undoubtedly ‘sliced’ out of another passport belonging to someone who had indeed traveled abroad to Africa in 2007 and 2009.

Straight party voting. That’s not my type of party.

Before I get windy here let me say here right of the bat that if I was permitted and authorized to vote for US President 2012 it would be a bitterly cold day in hell before I gave Mitt Romney my vote and if the only way to keep Romney from winning the presidential election equated to me casting my vote for ineligible Barack Obama I would do so, somewhat reluctantly and apprehensively, but I myself would so.

For the record here I was allowed to vote in 2008 but I didn’t know it until the same night that Barack Obama won the election.   I remember that night.  I was sitting in the living room with a family of black Americans (husband, wife, two children).  When asked who I voted for I replied that I hadn’t voted.  When asked why I had chosen not to vote I stated that I have never had the right to vote for US President.

When asked to elaborate I explained that I in the year 1996 I was only 16 years old and did not yet have the right to vote for Bill Clinton.

I went on to say that in the year 2000, while I was now of legal voting age, I was also now a felon (not to mention I was physically serving a 5 year prison sentence within the Iowa Department of Corrections) and felons in the state of Iowa did not have the right to vote in government elections, including that of US President, and so, that being said, I was not permitted to cast my vote in that election.   Btw, I wouldn’t have given my vote George W. Bush or Al Gore.

At that point my friend, a member of the United States Armed Forces, explained to my that I did have the right to vote in Iowa because Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack (Democrat) issued an executive order (42) which restored the citizenship rights (including right to vote for US President) of all felons with Iowa.

Paragraph II:   “The rights of Citizenship, including that of voting and qualification to hold public office, which were forfeited by reason of conviction shall be restored for all offenders that are completely discharged from criminal sentences, including any accompanying term of probation, parole, or supervised release, as of July 4th, 2005, but have not made an application pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 914.  This executive order shall serve as evidence of restoration of of citizenship rights for such individuals.“

I discharged (no parole, probation or supervised release) on Christmas Day, 2002 and walked out of the front gates of the Newton Correctional Facility (medium site) a categorically and absolutely free man.   The above embedded executive order, issued by Iowa Governor Thomas J. Vilsack (Democrat), on Independence Day 2005, serves as evidence of restoration of my right to vote for, though not limited to, President of the United States of America and for US Congress.

Since discharging (12.25.2002) my prison sentence I have not returned prison or penitentiary within the Iowa Department of Corrections nor within any other State..  Moreover, since that date of discharge, I have not been placed on probation, parole or supervised  release within the state of Iowa.

Then the unthinkable happened in November, 2010…..I was in Cedar Rapids (Wellington Heights neighborhood), Iowa and I walked over to Johnson Elementary School on 18th Street SE not far from my grandmother’s house on 18th Street SE.   Once inside Johnson Elementary I proceeded to straight-party-vote (or straight-ticket-vote).   With a lead pencil I voted Republican for city, county, state and federal elections.   In voting straight party I voted for Terry Branstad (Republican).

Terry Branstad, with the help of my vote as a felon, won the 2010 election and in January, 2011 became the Governor of Iowa.

(Its should be noted, for record here, that Terry Branstad was also Governor of Iowa before Thomas Vilsack became Govenor of Iowa.   Branstad served as Governor of Iowa from 1983 thru 1999.  Vilsack served as Governor of Iowa from 1999 thru 2007.)

On the very day that Branstad assumed office of Governor of Iowa, January 14, 2011, he warmly expressed his gratitude for my vote as a felon with the following executive order (70) which rescinded Vilsack’s 2005 executive order (42):

As of January 14, 2011 felons in Iowa must make application with the State of Iowa for restoration of their citizenship rights (includes voting).  Moreover, before making that application (which can be denied) it is stipulated that the felon must pay all fines, restitutions, unpaid outstanding monetary obligations and court costs owed to the State of Iowa.

Thank you Governor Terry Branstad (Republican).   I’ve learned a lot from you including that I was a fool to straight-party vote / straight-ticket vote.

I will never again vote for any based solely on their party affiliation.   Mitt Romney wont get my vote and if I had to vote for Barack Obama to keep Romney out of Office I would do so, reluctantly.   Don’t worry though, I don’t have the right to vote.

A few words now from U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice, Earl Warren, in Reynolds v. Sims (1964):  “The right to vote freely for the candidate of one’s choice is of the essence of the democratic society, and any restrictions on that right strike at the heart of representative government.“

Postscript:  For the record, I video-recorded my straight-party voting at Johnson Elementary School in November, 2010 with my then i-Phone (I now use an HTC HD7).

Single parent mother US citizen Ellie Lavi: my twin daughters denied US citizenship and Natural Born Citizen status.

Single parent Ellie Lavi is a US Citizen from Chicago, Illinois.   She is currently located in Israel.   Lavi’s twin two year old daughters, Maya and Shira, were born in-vitro and she can’t prove the nationality of the sperm donor(s).  Lavi traveled to Israel specifically to conceive through in-vitro fertilization.

After giving birth to her twin daughters she went to the US Embassy in Israel to make application for their US citizenship.   She was asked how the children were conceived and subsequently denied citizenship for her daughters because the US State Department refuses to recognize the in-virto conceived girls as “American”.    She was told that children born overseas to Americans via in-vitro-fertilization are denied US citizenship when the sperm donor is not a verifiable U.S. citizen.

How come when I (Lucas Daniel Smith!) call and write to my US Congress I am told, invariably, that children born abroad to at least one US citizen parent are themselves US citizens (and Natural Born Citizens)?

In the past I’ve participated in university style debate with my agent Sean Boyer (and with others in the Birther realm) in which I have brought up such scenarios as in vitro fertilization as well as other sometimes unique birth scenarios.   Usually such questioning is brushed aside as hypercritical-hairsplitting in the Birther realm but I do admit that agent Sean Boyer did listen, at great length (just as I have listened to him talk for hours on end), to my diatribe regarding unique, atypical and unorthodox birth scenarios.

I’ve been told, over the phone, by Tennessee US Congressman Trent Franks that even if Barack Obama was born in Kenya he would still be a US Citizen (and a Natural Born Citizen) because his mother Stanley Ann Dunhum was a US Citizen.

Why then does it matter to the US State Department that Ellie Lavi, and other single mothers that have undergone in vitro fertilization, do not know the citizenship status of the sperm donor?

Furthermore, at what date would the sperm donor’s citizenship status be calculated?

     A.    Date of the sperm donation?

     B.    Date of the in vitro fertilization?

     C.    Date of the child’s birth who is born of the donated sperm?

Those dates could span years in difference.   The sperm donors  citizenship could change from scenario A, B to C.    Where’s the rule book on these fine points?   And again why do we need said rule book when the US Congress has already been telling everyone that if Barack Obama was born in Kenya he would still be a US citizen because he was born to at least one US citizen parent?

Dear readers of the Was Obama Born In Kenya blog, whether you be of Birther stock or Obotopian descent, please aid and accommodate me in understanding this hypercritical-hairsplitting scenario (perhaps a double-standard scenario?) that has now made its way to the front lines and let me know what your thoughts are on this captivating matter.

For the record the US State Department says that Ellie Lavi and her twin daughters would need to move to the United States of America and remain in the United States of America for a period of six months and then, after that, officially apply for US citizenship for the twins.

It appears and seems that the twin girls, going on three years of age now, have not received Israeli citizenship either.

Is that what Stanley Ann Dunham did?   Did she ever officially apply for US citizenship after she and baby Barack Hussein Obama II came to the United States of America?

Orly Taitz might place second (or even first) in US Senate race primary in California this June, 2012.

According to Richard Winger at the Ballot Access News website  the fashionable and chic litigator Orly Taitz might place second in the US Senate race primary on June 5th, 2012 in California.

US Senator Dianne Feinstein is running for re-election and in California and Richard Winger at the Ballot Access News website suggests that Dianna Feinstein will take first place at the primary.

Winger also states that, “There have been no authoritative polls in this race, but to the extent any polls have been taken, they suggest that Feinstein and Orly Taitz will place first and second.”

Taitz is running as a Republican and Feinstein is running as a Democrat.   Thirteen other Republicans and five other Democrats are listed on the ballot.     The ballot also includes an American Independent, a Libertarian and two names from the Peace & Freedom Party.  A total of 24 names are listed on the ballot.

The Retro Report and Orly Taitz Syndrome.

Inside the last month I’ve received a great number of telephone calls at my main number, 319-804-0440, in which mainly 40-90 year old Americans males have leashed-out at me for my falling-out with the fashionable chic supreme litigator Orly Taitz (2009).

I tend to believe that most of these men are literally in love with Orly Taitz and if Orly Taitz was not so physically attractive and looked like a hefty overfed cow-face female city busdriver-type with a belly for a crotch and ham ankles I sort of get the feeling that Orly Taitz would not have nearly as great a number of male support as she does now.

I’m reminded of the Vietnam War movie Full Metal Jacket (1987) in which, towards the ending, a Vietnamese sniper slowly, and rather skillfully, maims and then kills members of a squad of American soilders.    In the last few minutes of the movie the remaining American soldiers in the squad locate the Vietnamese sniper and one of the American soldiers fires several rounds from his machine gun into the sniper.

The American soldiers then discover that the Vietnamese sniper is a woman (or a girl) and that she is relatively attractive (physically speaking).  Furthermore, her wounds are not fatal and she is still alive.   What happens next is what I would call, in today’s world, the Orly Taitz syndrome.   The pretty Vietnamese sniper girl has just painstakingly taken out (i.e, killed), in an agonizing and trauma-inflicting style and mannerism, members of the American squad of soldiers.   However, when the remaining soldiers see the sniper’s pretty face and slim figure (I’d probably prefer a little more meat myself) they seem to fall in love with the egregious sniper girl even though she has just moments ago finished slowly running bullets through some of their best friend’s legs, then arms, then thighs, then shoulders and after a few other choice shots a kill shot after she’s lured more blood-eyed and revenged-crazed soldiers into her firing range.

One of the American soldiers states that they can’t just leave her like this.  It almost seems like he is thinking of applying for a K1 or K2 fiancé visa and bring her back to the states, making love to hear, marrying her and putting a couple of babies in her.  Another soldier has puppy-dog-eyes (i.e., facial expression of naiveté or innocence, eliciting compassion) as he looks down upon her as if he wants to send her a telepathic love note.

If the sniper girl would have been a sniper man (NOT A PRETTY WOMAN/GIRL) they would have taken turns pumping additional machine gun ammunition into his torso and then they might have whipped out their man-tools and tinkled on what was left of the sniper’s face.   Additionally and alternately, if the pretty sniper woman/girl would have been an hefty overfed cow-face female city busdriver-type with a belly for a crotch and ham ankles they would have cracked a few jokes about the hideous beast and then would have done one on of the following options:  A.  Left her for the rats.  B.  Belligerently hailed upon her with supplemental machine gun fire.

Callers that call me are welcomed and implored to love Mrs Taitz, I don’t find anything atypical or significantly amoral about that but what I would prefer and what I would desire is that these callers when they call me please remove their I’m in love with Mrs. Taitz  hats and replace it with their Logical and Objective Minded hats.   After the said callers are finished with their call to me at 319-804-0440 they are welcomed and implored to switch out their hats again.

Readers of this blog may be aware that around this time last year I painted, and subsequently sold, a regardful and venerating acrylic painting of Orly Taitz and her exhibits.   At that time a great number of online news articles circulated the web regarding the said painting but unfortunately at that time this blog (WasObamaBornInKenya) was only still an idea and did not yet exist.

Let me state here for the record that I too find Orly Taitz to be a very physically attractive woman.   Admittedly though I, since a young age, have been more attracted to medium-skinned women but that should not and does not imply that I don’t like all women of all skins, builds and facial/body structures.

Obot speculation of recent forgery in my US Passport.

Hello everyone.   I have so much to report but I cant seem to get these things out of my head and onto my blog and its not that I don’t want to.

On March 13, 2012 I slipped out of the Dominican Republic on a ferry after I ran into a troublesome situation, which entailed misfortune and danger, with ex-FBI agents and other retired US officials who are currently employed by a private investigation firm in the Dominican Republic.

I have not returned to the Dominican Republic since and am currently sitting tight at an undisclosed location.

I note here for the record that Obotopians have made recent speculation that the March 13, 2012 departure passport stamp in my passport could be a forgery.

Day/Month/Year is the date format used in the Dominican Republic.

Page 8 in my US Passport contains four (4) Dominican passport stamps.   One from the year 2006, two from 2007 and one from 2012.

Three of the four Dominican stamps bear the date format of DAY/MONTH/YEAR MONTH/DAY/YEAR while the other stamp bears the date format of MONTH/DAY/YEAR DAY/MONTH/YEAR.

Whatever4 at TheFogBow website appears to have some real doubt as to the authenticity of the March 13, 2012 passport stamp: “Interesting that the format of 3 are Month Day Year, except the 13 March one.”

I’m filled with nostalgia now for my windy research work into the MONTH/DAY/YEAR date formats listed on Barack Hussein Obama II’s 1961 Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya certificate of birth.

I want to make two notes here for the official record:

1.   I have other Dominican passport stamps in passport which also use both the DAY/MONTH/YEAR and the MONTH/DAY/YEAR date format.

2.   Passports are generally not stamped in any sort of chronological order.  Perhaps upon personal request they could be.

3.   The ‘nulo’ (or ‘null’ in english) Novermber 24, 2007 stamp in my passport is the result of an overbooked last flight of the night out of the Dominican Republic.   I was offered a free hotel room, two meals, taxi service, first flight in the morning and an additional airfare voucher in the amount of the original flight’s total cost which could be used at a later date if I would voluntarily give up my seat on the airplane.   I did so and the next day when I returned to the airport my passport was stamped again and the stamp from the preceding day was voided.

LUCAS is MIA!

I have not had any communication from Lucas for the last three weeks. I have tried to make contact with him using several different means during the last few days but have heard nothing in response. Naturally, I am starting to get very concerned about the matter, considering the circumstances. It is certainly not unusual for Lucas to be out of communication with me for a week or even two, but three weeks without any contact is quite unusual.

I don’t know if he is: simply very busy and preoccupied on some important discussions or research project, off pursuing a bit of well-deserved fun or adventure, hiding in a witness protection program (either self-directed or officially arranged), or perhaps even sick, injured or dead.

I hope we will be hearing from Lucas soon! Please keep him in your prayers. I will update us on any news, both here and on the InspectorSmith Forum.

If anyone has any general comments, thoughts or suggestions on the matter, they can add them as replies to this post.
