I original published my Free on the 4th of July on the 4th of July, 2011. The report was a true tale, long and windy, and written in my trademark unorthodox, yet tremendously popular, writing style. That report can be accessed here.
I was again for a second time made free on this 4th of July 2012! I affably and wholeheartedly thank the Honorable Iowa District Court in and for Linn County and it’s Honorable Officers for not burying me as agents of the federal government had pressed for when they initially made contact with the Cedar Rapids Police Department and Honorable Linn County Attorney’s Office in 2010 in an effort to silence me and the verisimilitude of Barack Obama’s birth in Kenya and the tangible existence of a record of such a birth abroad which constitutes and designates Barack Hussein Obama II as ineligible for Office of President of the United Stated of America.
Last year (December 1st, 2011), while I was out of the country, the Honorable Iowa District Court in and for Linn County issued a warrant for my arrest:

De facto president Barack Hussein Obama II’s 1961 Coast Province General Hospital (CPGH), Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya, Certificate of Birth is ALWAYS circulating on new youtube channels.
In typical Obot fashion the following erroneous comment was left by Obotopian youtuber wildwitch: “Some little rightwingnut’s baby’s foot had to be covered in black ink and stamped on a piece of paper for this fake Kenyan birth certificate created on a template of an Australian guy’s stolen Birth Certificate. Hope it didn’t take too long to clean up that poor little baby’s stained foot!”
Whats with Obots being horribly incapable of adhering to the facts?

At this point I feel, to a degree, like I might be the only person in the consolidated world (other than: the USDOJ, family members & friends of the Covert Group, and Joseph Harold Sims Jr the pedophile informant) who has even a remote interest in keeping tabs on the Covert Group.

As you may know from the last report both Frederick W. Thomas and Emory Dan Roberts have already plead guilty and both remain in custody as they await sentencing. Samuel J. Crump and Ray H. Adams await their trial(s) and their next court date, Pretrial Conference, is scheduled for Wednesday the 11th day of July 2012 at 11:00 AM.

Yesterday afternoon I dropped by grandmother’s house (we both live in Wellington Heights) and she was watching an interview with David Maraniss the author of the book, ‘Barack Obama: The Story’.
The interview was live on C-SPAN2 on their BOOK TV which was hosted by a guy named Peter. You can watch the entire video interview (approximately 2 hours) as well as David Maraniss’s personal footage from Kenya at the following links:
During the last segment of the interview callers (I’m leaning towards identifying one or maybe two of the callers as being birthers) phoned in with questions. During the entire interview I gathered the following:
1. David Maraniss is what I would call Obama-friendly.
2. Maraniss states, on more than one occasion, that it would not have been possible for Obama to have been born anywhere but Hawaii because INS was keeping daily tabs on Obama senior at that very same time period.
3. Maraniss also wrote a book about President Bill Clinton (as well as at least eight other books).
4. Maraniss is also writing a volume II of the Barack Obama: The Story.
5. Maraniss appears to be a fair and objective reporter but in my opinion he does not, when it comes to Barack Hussein Obama II, seem to be a judgmental guy. I’m fairly certain that Obama might not be all that thrilled with all of the disclosures that Maraniss makes in his book but Marraniss appears to make these disclosures in an affable or friendly manner and sometimes is lighthearted for example when it comes to Obama’s use of drugs in the past.

This is the only active federal litigation, that I know to exist, which lists Willard Mitt Romney as a party.
Attorney Douglas A. Wallace alleges that Mitt Romney is not eligible for POTUS because Romney is a High Priest holder of the Melchizedk (or Melchizedek) Priesthood which Douglas states to be the parent organization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or as it is more commonly referred as LDS Church or Mormons.
Douglas A.Wallace is a member of the Bar of the State of Washington. In the year 2002 he elected to be placed the non-disciplinary suspended list for personal reasons. He is currently located in Nevada.
I briefly looked into Wallace’s background and it appears that he ordained a Black American male to Mormon priesthood when it was taboo to so back in 1976 and embarrassed the church.
Wallace seeks the following relief (among other relief and not limited to): “The Court should issue a temporary restraining order against defendant ROMNEY temporarily restraining him from further campaigning for the Office of President and an order to show cause why he should not be permanently enjoined from seeking the office.“
The complaint consists of 21 pages in which you’ll find all sorts of thought provoking references such as, though by no means limited to, Senator Frank Church and also the NSA Utah Data Center (located in the heart of Mormon country) which is still in under construction and is not due to open until sometime in late 2013.
If nothing else it at least makes for an interesting read an notably so as the only active federal litigation in which Mitt Romney is a party.
