The 2020 United States Presidential Election was rigged and it looks like almost everyone knows it. How was it pulled off? Appears that voting by mail was a huge component or aspect (among others such as Dominion Voting Systems software and hardware) in planning and executing this rigged game.

Overreactions to covid-19 including the lockdowns appear to have been geared towards compelling voters to vote by mail.

I’m interested in learning more about which countries do not allow voting by mail (with exception of maybe votes from military abroad or citizens abroad) and why they do not. CIA controlled Wikipedia is not much help as the entries seem to be written in such a way to lead readers to believe that all countries allow and/or approve of voting by mail.

In the comments sections I’ll try to list all countries (one by one) which do not allow voting by mail. The first I’ve found which I think does not allow voting by mail (other than maybe for their military when abroad or maybe citizens abroad) is Greece. They appear to allow something similar to absentee ballots but the procedure is conducted and carried out in your home, someone (from the government?) comes to your house and witnesses your vote, signature and takes receipt of your vote.
