The Ashanti Alert Act: Donald Trump signed into legislation on December 31st 2018

Did the mainstream media intentionally ignore President Trump’s signing (into law) of the Ashanti Alert Act?

Ashanti Billie, a 19 years of age college student (picture below), of Prince George’s County, Maryland disappeared (abducted) in Virginia back in September 2017. Approximately two weeks later her body was discovered in North Carolina.

Ashanti was too old for an Amber Alert (child abduction alert system) and too young for a Silver Alert (seniors missing alert system).

Eric Brian Brown (picture below) is accused of kidnapping, assaulting and murdering the 19-year-old college student Ashanti Billie.

Brown is a 45 or 46 years of age homeless Navy veteran (left the Navy in 2011 after 20 years). He reportedly attempted, on several occasions, to flirt with Ashanti before abducting her. He reportedly frequented the sub shop where Ashanti worked (apparently he also helped build the same sub shop while working as a day laborer). Court records indicate that Brown may (or may not) have schizophrenia.

Trump and the Theater of the Absurd

AMERICAN GREATNESS, by Emina Melonic| January 12th, 2019

Excerpt:

It is often said that appearances can be deceiving. This is nowhere more true than in politics. Many critics of Donald Trump are intent on criticizing the style of his presidency rather than taking on the substance or the content. We all know the litany: Trump is an oaf, he talks dirty, he fights dirty, he hates women, he tweets too much.

It’s completely obvious why the anti-American Left hates Trump. He and his political decisions represent everything that the Left is against: national sovereignty, a strong economy, and individualism, to name a few. Without a doubt, “Trump Derangement Syndrome” is real and it’s pernicious.

What is curious—and bizarre—is not so much that the Left suffers greatly from this disorder but that many self-styled conservative intellectuals seem to have caught the contagion, too. They aren’t called NeverTrumpers for nothing. According to them, everything Trump does is wrong. Even if they agree with Trump on some issues, inevitably they will find some flaw in his presentation. They hate the fact that such a clear and American thought can come from such a man. In the words of Mollie Hemingway, they are united in their belief that “Orange Man Bad.” That is their mantra.

I’M OPTIMISTIC —THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP — for All You’re Doing Every Day for Our Citizens and Legal Immigrants!

Why Trump Is the Favorite in 2020

The Republican Party … suffered big losses in the House of Representatives, but the president is getting ready to ramp up his campaign—and he’s got a good shot at reelection.

The Atlantic, by David A. Graham 11/11/2018

Excerpt:

It’s November 4, 2020. Across the United States—and across the globe—liberals and Donald Trump–opposing conservatives alike drag themselves from fitful sleep, red-eyed and exhausted, filled with dread, incomprehension, and déjà vu. How did he do it again? – (bold emphasis added)

The night before, Trump had won reelection as president—despite a chaotic and frustrating first term, multiple investigations, and a historically low approval rating. Of course, Trump had won in 2016 despite many of the same weaknesses, but that win was thought to be a fluke, a product of a weak Democratic candidate, Russian interference, and Trump’s novelty. His critics never imagined lightning could strike a second time.

With a second term, Trump now has the potential to be among the most influential presidents in American history. The reelection gives him a mandate to continue his goal of dismantling historic U.S. alliances and trade deals. It means Congress could finally acquiesce to building the border wall that the president continues to demand. By the end of his first term, Trump had already started roundups of thousands of undocumented immigrants and cut the number of refugees the nation accepts to barely anything, and he’s now expected to forge ahead with plans to curtail legal immigration as well. Having appointed three justices to the Supreme Court in his first four years, Trump will likely notch at least another one or two in his second term, solidifying the first truly conservative Court in almost a century for decades to come. The federal government will be radically reoriented around his form of laissez-faire conservatism. Stung by Robert Mueller’s investigation and an impeachment attempt in his first term, Trump is also poised to purge the Justice Department and give himself broad protection from scrutiny and investigation.

Conrad Black: America’s resurgence is reshaping the world

The U.S. is demonstrating almost effortlessly how illusory is the idea that any other country or group of countries can challenge its pre-eminence

U.S. President Donald Trump speaks to members of the military at a rally at Al Asad Air Base in Iraq on Dec. 26, 2018. Andrew Harnik/AP

National Post, by Conrad Black — 1/11/2019

Excerpt:

Almost indiscernible in the endless tumult about President Donald Trump is the objective return of American might, right on our doorstep. A casual sampler of the Canadian, and even the American, media, might think that the United States was so far along in its decline that the entire process of government and normal public discourse had broken down in that country, and that the much-discussed process of national decline was accelerating in a climate of virtual chaos.

In fact, the economy of the United States is astoundingly strong: full employment, an expanding work force, negligible inflation and about three per cent economic growth. And it is a broad economic recovery, not based on service industries as in the United Kingdom (where London handles most of Europe’s financial industry, while most of British industry has fled), and not based largely on the fluctuating resources markets as has often been Canada’s experience. In the eight years of president Obama, the United States lost 219,000 manufacturing jobs; in the two years of Trump, the country has added 477,000 manufacturing jobs. This was not supposed to be possible, and this time, unlike in the great Reagan boom, it cannot be dismissed by the left (and it was false in the eighties) as a profusion of “hamburger flippers, dry cleaners and people delivering pizza,” (all necessary occupations).

It is clear that China is feeling the heat of American tariffs. Their magnificent hypocrisy of gamboling in a $360-billion trade surplus with the United States while extorting technology from American companies and reducing American high-tech giants like Apple and Google to snivelling on China’s behalf when their sales in that country are reduced, and all the while leading G-77 in cupped-hands requests for relief from the economically most advanced countries for their pollution of the world environment (although China is the world’s greatest polluter), all of it is ending. The United States will not be the world’s premier chump anymore. The most enthusiastic support the United States is receiving in its trade stance with China is from China’s neighbours, from India to Japan. Of course China is the world’s second-greatest power and must be treated with respect, but that does not mean the shameless grovelling of Trump’s predecessors, paying court to Beijing like lackeys kowtowing to the emperors of the Middle Kingdom.

Boston Mayor’s Office to Force Doctors to Identify and Document Patients Who Own Guns

(The video shown in the article) … is a shocking reminder on how Stalin was able to control, starve, punish and imprison a defenseless people.

It’s no secret that Democrats are hoping to repeat this history here in the United States.

Trump’s Immigration Roundtable Includes Smuggled Guns, Drugs, Money

The Daily Trump, by Staff — 1/11/2019

Excerpt:

President Donald Trump flew to McAllen, Texas on Thursday to visit with Border Patrol on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Attending a roundtable at the U.S. Border Patrol McAllen Station, Trump walked into the room and welcomed the roundtable by saying, “I’m honored to be in McAllen, Texas with the heroes of Border Patrol, and they are heroes. You take so much heat, so much abuse from people who don’t know what they’re talking about. I want to say you have a friend with this administration and you have a friend with me.”

“You have no idea how much you’re loved by the public,” Trump continued. “Maybe not by the fake news, but you’re loved by the public.”

Immediately visible before Trump were objects from the crisis on the border. According to the White House Pool report, the props include an “AR-15 rifle, colt handguns, a plastic bag full of cash, and black-taped bricks of heroin and meth.” The items represent dangerous and illicit items that Border Patrol agents have seized while defending the border.

“The people that are coming in — the criminals, the gangs, the traffickers, the drugs — it’s all crime. We have laws that are so bad, they’re archaic and horrible,” Trump said in his remarks.

The Rise And Fall Of The New World Order

====================================================

News With Views, by Servando Gonzales — 1/11/2019

Excerpt:

2018 was not a good year for the globalist conspirators and their New World Order. Despite all their desperate efforts to salvage the sinking ship, the machinery that took them more than half a century to assemble is about to collapse, and it has become evident that they don’t know how to repair it.

To top it off, Trump just took the first step to bring home the best of our youth exposed to loss of life and limb while waging unwinable, never-ending wars carried out in foreign lands for the sole purpose of benefiting a few tax-dodging transnational corporations that don’t see themselves as American anymore.

And this is just the beginning, and the NWO conspirators and their minions know it and they are powerless to stop it.

Proof of this is that, contrary to all predictions and despite the concerted efforts of both sides of the Repucratic Party coin, the mainstream press, the social media, the FBI, the CIA and the rest of the alphabet soup of shadow agencies, as well as some active and retired high-ranking members of the military who have betrayed their Oath of Office[1], Donald Trump is still alive and kicking in the White House. Moreover, every single day President Trump keeps deconstructing the NWO machinery piece by piece: no more global warming threat, no more unfair global trade agreements, no more borders open to illegal immigration … the works.

Memo to Trump: Declare an Emergency

Patrick J. Buchanan — Official Website, by Patrick J. Buchanan — 1/10/2019

Excerpt:

In the long run, history will validate Donald Trump’s stand on a border wall to defend the sovereignty and security of the United States.

Why? Because mass migration from the global South, not climate change, is the real existential crisis of the West.

The American people know this, and even the elites sense it.

Think not? Well, check out the leading liberal newspapers Thursday.

The Washington Post and The New York Times each had two front-page stories about the president’s battle with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer on funding the border wall.

Inside the first section, the Post had more stories, including one describing walls in history from China’s Great Wall to the Berlin Wall to the Israeli West Bank wall to the wall separating Hungary from Serbia.

Inside the Times was a story on a new anti-immigration party, Vox, surging in Andalusia in Spain, and a story about African migrants being welcomed in Malta after being denied entry into Europe.

Another Times story related how the new president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, has pulled out of a U.N. pact on migration, declaring, “Brazil has a sovereign right to decide whether or not it accepts immigrants.”

Half the columns on the op-ed pages of the papers dealt with Trump, immigration and the wall. And there was nothing significant in either on the Democrats’ hot new issue, a Green New Deal.

Consider. In 1992, this writer’s presidential campaign had to fight to have inserted in the GOP platform a call for “structures” on the border.

Now, the whole Western world is worried about its borders as issues of immigration and identity convulse almost every country.

Looking ahead, does anyone think Americans in 2030 are going to be more concerned about the border between North Korea and South Korea, or Turkey and Syria, or Kuwait and Iraq, or Russia and Ukraine, than about the 2,000-mile border between the U.S. and Mexico?

Does anyone think Pelosi’s position that a wall is immoral will not be regarded as absurd?

America’s southern border is eventually going to be militarized and defended or the United States, as we have known it, is going to cease to exist. And Americans will not go gentle into that good night.

Whatever one may think of the face-off Tuesday with “Chuck and Nancy,” Trump’s portrait of an unsustainable border crisis is dead on: “In the last two years, ICE officers made 266,000 arrests of aliens with criminal records, including those charged or convicted of 100,000 assaults, 30,000 sex crimes and 4,000 violent killings.”

The Democrats routine retort, that native-born Americans have a higher crime rate, will not suffice as new atrocities, like those Trump related, are reported and repeated before November 2020.

What should Trump do now? Act. He cannot lose this battle with Pelosi without demoralizing his people and imperiling his presidency.

Since FDR, we have had presidential government. And when U.S. presidents have been decisive activists, history has rewarded their actions.

Lincoln suspended habeas corpus. On taking office, FDR declared a bank holiday. When Britain was barely hanging on in World War II, he swapped 50 destroyers for British bases. He ordered U.S. ships to chase down German submarines and lied about it. Truman fired General MacArthur.

Reagan fired the striking air controllers and ordered the military to occupy Grenada to stop Marxist thugs who had taken over in a coup from taking 500 U.S. medical students hostage.

Critics raged: Reagan had no right to invade. But the American people rewarded Reagan with a 49-state landslide.

Trump should declare a national emergency, shift funds out of the Pentagon, build his wall, open the government and charge Democrats with finding excuses not to secure our border because they have a demographic and ideological interest in changing the face of the nation.

For the larger the share of the U.S. population that requires welfare, the greater the need for more social workers, and the more voters there will be to vote to further grow the liberal welfare state.

The more multiracial, multiethnic, multicultural, multilingual America becomes — the less it looks like Ronald Reagan’s America — the more dependably Democratic it will become.

The Democratic Party is hostile to white men, because the smaller the share of the U.S. population that white men become, the sooner that Democrats inherit the national estate.

The only way to greater “diversity,” the golden calf of the Democratic Party, is to increase the number of women, African-Americans, Asians and Hispanics, and thereby reduce the number of white men.

The decisive issues on which Trump was elected were not the old Republican litany of tax cuts, conservative judges and increased defense spending.

They were securing the borders, extricating America from foolish wars, eliminating trade deficits with NAFTA nations, the EU and China, making allies pay their fair share of the common defense, resurrecting our manufacturing base, and getting along with Russia.

“America First!” is still a winning hand

How No Border Wall Caused a Homeless Crisis 2,500 Miles Away in Maine

Building a wall won’t just protect states that share a border with Mexico, but even states that share a border with Canada.

FrontPage Mag, by Daniel Greenfield — 1/10/2019

Excerpt:

When Americans think about border security, they usually imagine the floods of migrants crossing the border and showing up in Texas and Arizona. The illegal migrant crisis is at its worst in places like El Paso where gang members released by a broken immigration system swarm the streets. Limited border fencing had previously helped sharply cut crime rates in El Paso, but it doesn’t end in El Paso.

2,500 miles away, Portland, Maine is experiencing a crisis that redefines the nature of the problem and whom it impacts. Illegal border invaders aren’t just from this continent. Anyone who can fly into South America and make their way up to Mexico has a shot at crossing the border and invading America.

Portland shelters, 2,500 miles away, are overloaded by illegal migrants from sub-Saharan Africa who crossed the border and then kept right on going to one of the coldest, but most profitable parts of the country. Portland, like many areas in Maine, attracted migrants because of the generous social safety net that had been set up to help the local population deal with turbulent economic times.
