(Apr. 17, 2019) — During the first half-hour of Wednesday night’s “Hannity,” investigative journalist John Solomon broke news when he said without equivocation that the Trump-Russia “collusion” investigation originated in a meeting “in the White House” in early January 2016, fully one year before an email was exchanged among top Obama officials indicating that information about the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign would be withheld from President-Elect Donald Trump.

In conjunction with recent statements made by former House Intelligence Committee Chairman and current ranking member Devin Nunes, Solomon claimed that the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign began considerably earlier than the launch date identified by the agency, July 31, 2016.

Now middle-aged, the enfant terrible novelist Bret Easton Ellis, has turned to nonfiction to mock the “childlike fascism” and “demented narcissism” of American liberals that helped put President Trump in the White House and left them facing “mental and emotional collapse.”

For good measure, Ellis, 55, also denounces the “legacy media” in his new book “White” — originally due to be called “White Privileged Male” — describing it as “a moral disaster for the country” that had covered Trump in the 2016 with such bias and “absolute cluelessness” that it assisted him. The Washington Examiner obtained a copy in advance of its publication Tuesday.

Already facing a backlash from the liberal intelligentsia he disdains — a Q&A with the New Yorker was intensely hostile — Ellis has also been praised for his devil-may-care contrarianism. Interview Magazine described “White” as containing “searing points about how the national obsession with being liked at all costs and the silencing of opposing voices under the banner of inclusivity can create its own American hellscape.”

He places Trump’s 2016 victory and what he sees as the Left’s continued refusal to accept his legitimacy squarely in the context of millennials — those who reached adulthood around the start of the 21st century. He brands them”Generation Wuss” and laments their “oversensitivity, their sense of entitlement, their insistence they were always right despite sometimes overwhelming proof to the contrary, their joint tendencies of overreaction and passive-aggressive possibility.”

John Podesta was talking about Trump being a Russian spy at the Democrat National Convention in July of 2016.  The FBI paramours had been to London as early as December 2015.  The FBI sent to and placed informants in the Trump campaign to spy and to entrap campaign workers. Obama’s CIA handler, John Brennan, made the physical and electronic arrangements.  Paul Manafort, Carter Page, Manfort’s partner Roger Stone, George Papadopolous–either willing or unwilling stooges, were used to entrap the Trump campaign.  Obama, Rice, McCain, Clapper, Brennan, Yates, Comey all met frequently in the Oval office to coordinate and cackle in their arrogance.

They were spying before they got the FISA warrant in October 2016, and used the FISA warrant, which they lied to get, to retroactively “cover” their months-long previous spying.

CBS crime drama The Good Fight tweeted an image on Friday from a recent episode, entitled, “The One Where Diane Joins the Resistance.” The image showed a character pointing to a list of “target words” that included the phrases “Assassinate President Trump” and “Eliminate Mar-a-Lago.” The tweet, which has since been deleted, sparked backlash among Twitter users, many of whom reported CBS to the Secret Service.

The official CBS Twitter account for The Good Fight asked viewers if they had noticed any “Easter eggs” within the “target words” from the Mach episode.

“Hmmm… some of those target words look a little familiar. Did you catch any easter eggs in this scene from The One Where Diane Joins The Resistance? #TheGoodFight” tweeted the account on Friday.

The image garnered widespread backlash among Twitter users, who then reported the tweet to the Secret Service.

“Threatening the President of the United States is a federal felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871. It consists of knowingly and willfully mailing or otherwise making ‘any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President’” said one Twitter user in a reply to the CBS account.
