Two weeks after permanently banning several conservative commentators over perceived “hate speech,” Facebook temporarily suspended Candace Owens (shown), the leader of the Blexit movement, for a similar offense. The suspension, originally meant to last seven days lasted only one day as Facebook quickly backed down and returned Owens’ account to an active status after severe social media backlash.  

Owens’ crime? A post from May 4, where she listed several poverty statistics and wrote, “Black America must wake up to the great liberal hoax. White supremacy is not a threat. Liberal supremacy is.” Owens was notified that her Facebook account was suspended for seven days because she had violated the website’s “community standards.” 

Prior to her account being reinstated, Owens tweeted directly to President Trump to inform him of the situation.  “Dear [President Trump], My [Facebook] has been suspended for seven days for posting that white supremacy is not a threat to black America, as much as father absence and liberal policies that incentivize it are,” Owens tweeted. “I am censored for posting the poverty rates in fatherless homes.”

With the announcement that Bill “The Worst Mayor in America” De Blasio has thrown his hat into the badly overstretched ring, there are now 24 Democrats vying to become the next presidential candidate to be beaten by Donald Trump like a fluffy egg white meringue atop a Loser Lemon pie.

Frankly, we can’t wait for these clowns to take the debate stage and hear how they struggle to differentiate their policy positions from each other. After all, they pretty much all want the same things: higher taxes, more government control, socialism that will actually work for the first time ever, “Medicare for all,” reparations for slavery, freedom to abort babies who start to get annoying after a year or two, a “living wage” for jobs which can be done by three-toed sloths, the banning of guns and other things that “look scary,” the repeal of Free Speech, replacing coal and oil with clean and affordable imaginary energy sources, official ratification that there are 732 different genders whose dignity demands that they all need different bathrooms and glory holes and, most importantly, all of the candidates are promising to feed Donald Trump into a wood chipper feet first so that everyone on the Left can enjoy the expression on his face.

Just five months after the Martin interview, Obama was exposed by NSA leaker Eric Snowden for operating a massive government surveillance program which targeted just about every American to ever use a cellular or communicate from the internet. The Washington Post described the program as a massive expansion of President George W. Bush’s warrantless wiretapping program.

This brings me to Harvard undergraduates.

In the softest and most spoiled generation of humanity ever to exist (they feel threatened by Halloween costumes and the existence of Ben Shapiro; their forebears endured World War II and Vietnam and even riding bikes without helmets), the softest and most spoiled corner must be the Harvard student body, those little princelings and princesslings who have more expectations about how the world should accommodate their whims than Louis XIV. Last week, a handful of these toddler-brained undergrads got a distinguished Harvard dean fired for doing his job.

That dean, Ronald Sullivan, holds an outside job. He is something called a “lawyer.” Lawyers, as everyone but screaming Harvard kids knows, are a vital element of the justice system. In Professor Sullivan’s case, he is a defense lawyer, meaning he defends people who will sometimes turn out to be guilty. Sullivan’s past clients include the family of Michael Brown, on whose behalf he brought suit against Ferguson, Mo.; and Aaron Hernandez, the former New England Patriots tight end who committed suicide in 2017 while serving a life sentence for murder.

President Donald Trump delivered a major speech on Thursday, detailing a new merit-based immigration plan for the United States and a stronger border enforcement mechanism.

The president spoke about the proposal during a speech from the Rose Garden at the White House. Trump stressed that the plan was not a plan developed by politicians, but by border enforcement professionals.

“Our proposal is pro-America, pro-immigrant, and pro-worker,” he said. “It’s just common sense.”

Trump said that the current system allowed immigrants to come in at random regardless of skill, allowing them to compete with Americans for entry-level jobs.
