‘Obama Binary Options’ – Multi-million-dollar fraud? (Report #6)

YTF Trade Limited binary options fraud scam

Obama Binary Options is owned by a binary options broker/firm named YTF Trade Limited.

YTF Trade Limited is licensed in Cyprus.  Their license was granted some time between June 2013 and September 2013 from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

It should be noted that the country of Cyprus is the world’s foremost advocate of binary options.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) took the pioneering step of classifying binary options as a financial derivative market worthy of regulation.

YTF Trade Limited appears to have registered their company in the Dominican Republic on August 13th 2013.  They listed their actividad económica (economic activity) as sociedades de inversión (investment companies).

There is no brokerage house, firm or any other business in the Dominican Republic which advertises itself as YTF Trade Limited (other than a slip at https://foursquare.com/v/ytf-trade-limited/52cf8c48498eb9318a94e8e9).

However, there is a place called Revolution Media and sometimes Media Revolution in the Dominican Republic which for a period of several months was hiring by word of mouth and by employee referral.  Recently (June 2014?) they began to advertise their telephone and email online at (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Media-Revolution/910609822298667) (https://twitter.com/MediaRevRD).  They are located at calle Los Pinos #11 – adjacent Universidad Católica Santo Domingo, off of avenida Bolivar.

NOTE:  Universidad Católica Santo Domingo should not be confused with Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).

Revolution Media or Media Revolution is not registered with the Dominican government. Their name is only used when looking for new employees and when potential employees are interviewed or inquiring about a job.

After employee interviews are completed and a candidate has been selected for hire they are later allowed entrance, for a training class, past the reception area (further inside of the building/house) located at calle Los Pinos #11 in Santo Domingo.   At that time they are told that they will be working as employees of Obama Binary Options.

Obama Binary Options (i.e., YTF Trade Limited) operates, in a YTF boiler room in the Dominican Republic, several scam broker websites which offer binary options.

One of their websites is GlobalTrader365.com which is now Global Trader365.net.
