Lucas Daniel Smith arrested (2014) for extradition to Kenya

Earlier this year I was able to obtain, from contacts in Kenya, a tangible (paper) certified-copy (Jan. 16, 2014) of a birth certificate which was originally issued in the year 1963 by the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya for a male child with name Russell Leslie Oppenheim who was born on May 13th, 1963:

1963 (2014 certified copy) Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya, birth c… by Lucas Daniel Smith

On or about the 4th day of February 2014 while I was physically present in the Dominican Republic, the National Police (Policia Nacional) raided my home in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic with an arrest warrant for extradition to Kenya on criminal charges of allegedly bribing government officials in Kenya.

I wasn’t home and it should be noted that I spent a significant percentage of February 2014 in the Barahona Province of the Dominican Republic.    I was subsequently arrested on or about the 20th day of February 2014 in the Barahoma Province of the Dominican Republic.

On or about the 24th day of February 2014 I was moved from the Barahoma Province to a jail/prison/penitentiary named La Victoria which is located in the Santo Domingo Province of the Dominican Republic.

I was released on bond of 250,000 Dominican Pesos (which is approximately $5800 US Dollars) earlier this week on Monday.  The bond was paid, for which I am supremely and immensely thankful, by my friend and compatriot Bruce Steadman.

I am consulting with a law firm in the Dominican Republic to assist me in legally contesting and opposing extradition to Kenya.   I will be disclosing documents which are direct components of this litigation in a series of WOBIK blog reports, including today’s report.   The following document was recently made available to me and, as far as I currently know, is one of the earliest (though not the earliest) documents in the extradition, to Kenya, case:

2014. Lucas Daniel Smith extradition {to Kenya} files – document 1 by Lucas Daniel Smith

The foregoing document, issued by the Policia Nacional, was redacted before it was made available to me.

I also want to note that said document contains a circular shaped seal of some type which did not appear, apart from a small and barely perceptible segment of it, when I made a scan of the said document.

I took a photograph of the said document and am providing that photograph, adjacent to the left, in order to show the circular seal on the document.

About Lucas Daniel Smith

"The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers."

    Lucas:

    What were you arrested for?

Is there some connection with the “Obama” birth certificate you publicized a few years ago?

Did the newer birth certificate have the same design as the “obama ” one?

  2. Vox Reasoni says:

The “Spanish” on that police document is certainly not written by a native Spanish speaker. It’s racked with the kinds of errors that someone who had Spanish as second or third language would make.

You’re a pretty piss poor lair, when just some guy off the street can spot mistakes like that.

I love the way this fake has the European style date format, ddmmyyyy. You weren’t going to make that mistake again were you Luke boy?

AUTHENTICITY OF OBAMA KENYAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE CONFIRMEND

    Lucas,

CONGRATULATIONS on a very important breakthrough in CONFIRMING the AUTHENTICITY of the original, August 4, 1961 ‘Lucas Daniel Smith, Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate’ which was certified February 19, 2009 at the Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa.

Both the form itself, and the general method in which the form was completed in May 1963, appear to be virtually IDENTICAL to the form and method used by the hospital in August 1961.

The only significant difference I spotted on initial examination was that the Mother’s and Father’s Dates of Birth format was changed from mm/dd/yyyy in 1961 to dd/mm/yyyy in 1963.

The date format used for the Mother and Father Birth Dates on the 1963 form brings it into alignment with the dd/mm/yyyy ’13th Day of May 1963′ format used for the child’s Birth Date. The same child Birth Date, ‘4th Day of August, 1961′ dd/mm/yyyy format was used on Obama’s 1961 BC.

Kenya has used both mm/dd/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy date formats, as discussed in the following thread:

    http://www.wasobamaborninkenya.com/InspectorSmith/showthread.php/940-The-Date-Format-%28M-D-Y%29-Used-on-the-LDS-Obama-Kenyan-BC-is-Authentic

The existence of this newly published 1963 Kenyan BC should be posted widely on all appropriate internet venues.

It’s interesting that John Kwame Odongo was still the Supervisor of Obstetrics in May 1963 for the birth of Russell Leslie Oppenheim, just as he was in August 1961 for the birth of Barack Hussein Obama II.

I subtracted the 32018 Certificate Number shown on Obama’s BC from the 39225 Certificate Number shown on Oppenheim’s BC and note that there were 7207 babies born at the hospital during the approximate 2 year 3 month time span.

    AUTHENTICITY CONFIRMED

Hopefully you have provided a number of copies of the document to trusted people. If you havn’t then I would suggest that you start by having several thousand copies of the original made, and see to it that a copy gets into the hands of all public officials. Make sure that you send them to them via registered mail, which will get you a return card bearing the signature of the person who received the mail. This is important. The return card is admissable evidence. Hang in there because the BASTARD is soon going to be EXPOSED.

  7. oldsailor81 says:

……..further, I would check out the validity of the alleged existence of a legally valid extradition treaty between Kenya, and Dominican Republic. This too is important! Get certified copies of any such presently existing treaty, and when it was signed by both Kenya and the leader of the Dominican Republic. If there are any portions of it that are redacted it is NOT A LEGALLY VALID INSTRUMENT. Make copies of everything,no matter from who. I woul;d look for high quality and experienced legal representation. Get ahold of Larry Klayman, and tell him what is going on.

  8. Bruce says:

QUESTION: Could Mike Zullo, Chief Investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, be of any assistance in getting the Law Enforcement Officials in Santo Domingo to REFUSE to allow extradition of Lucas Daniel Smith to Kenya?

IMO – Lucas is a NATIONAL HERO of the USA.

He is a material witness of great importance in the criminal case soon to be brought forth by Sheriff Arpaio against individuals associated with the Hawaiian Birth Certificate Fraud of Barack Hussein Obama II.

LUCAS MUST DEFINITELY NOT BE EXTRADITED TO KENYA!

Perhaps Detective Zullo could contact Lucas and discuss the matter to see if it would be appropriate and wise for him to get involved.

  9. oldsailor81 says:

By the way if you are an American citizen you also have rights which cannot be circumvented,by extradition. Look up your rights, or contact someone in the US who will. I personally believe that you are being THREATENED, AND OTHERWISE HARRASSED BY THE SAME BASTARD THAT HAD FUDDY MURDERED. WATCH YOUR BACK,AND KEEP YOUR DOORS LOCKED,AND KEEP SOMEBODY WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES…..PREFERRABLY WITH A CAMERA! YOU ALSO NEED TO CONSIDER THE NECESSITY OF SELF PROTECTION. I do not know the laws of Santo Domingo,or the Dominican Republic, even though I was once in Santo Domingo. I was there in the 1950s. A hell of a lot of time has passed in the interim.

  10. oldsailor81 says:

    Lucas……..
I seriously doubt that either Arpaio,or Zullo can do much with respect to the alleged Extradition Order. You will need FULLY EXPERIENCED legal representation. It would be my guess that if it was allowed to happen ,you would probably encounter an untimely, and fatal accident somewhere in transit.
I once worked with a young black person whose surname was Steadman. He was from Alabama. I would strongly advise everybody who is involved to arm themselves, and then learn HOW AND WHEN to use your protective devices. Learn about the SELF DEFENSE LAWS, of the Dominican Republic, and the laws of the US. My guess is that you will have practically NO WARNING of danger. You will probably be up against EXPERIENCED ,PAID executioners. Just take ALL precautions, and keep watch everywhere.

  11. oldsailor81 says:

    Lucas……
I am 81 years of age,and have done ,and seen a lot during my life so far. But for everyone I will not comment on the subject. I will however state clearly and emphatically that a strong probability exists that there will be an attempt by someone to end your life. Sooner,or later! You will not have the privilege of seeing,or hearing it coming. You will be up against PAID PROFESSIONAL MURDERERS. If you even hope to have a chance to react you need to arm yourself, and learn everything you can about the self defense laws, if you plan to stay where you are. Otherwise I would advise that you could follow Mr.Snowden. You need a protective domicile and soon.

  12. oldsailor81 says:

(minor clarification editing by site administrator)…..I am advising Lucas of his probable danger….and possibly anyone else who the killers think might hold the same incriminating evidence. Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL in whatever you do from now on. Ms.Fuddy’s death was NOT AN ACCIDENT! She was UNDER COURT SUBPEONA, at the time of her death.

  13. oldsailor81 says:

    Bye bye……….
I wish you all the best, and I am PRAYING for your safety.

  17. bob says:

Pretty neat trick … considering there is no extradition treaty between Kenya and D.R.

  18. Bruce says:

    @ bob:
I have not had a chance to fully research the issue of an established Extradition Treaty existing between Kenya and the Dominican Republic. If such a treaty does not exist, that’s GREAT! It makes things considerably easier.

However, as clearly explained in the below linked Wikipedia article, an established Extradition Treaty between two countries is certainly NOT REQUIRED for one country to request extradition of an identified individual from another country.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extradition

    Excerpt:

The consensus in international law is that a state does not have any obligation to surrender an alleged criminal to a foreign state, because one principle of sovereignty is that every state has legal authority over the people within its borders. Such absence of international obligation, and the desire for the right to demand such criminals from other countries, have caused a web of extradition treaties or agreements to evolve. When no applicable extradition agreement is in place, a sovereign may still request the expulsion or lawful return of an individual pursuant to the requested state’s domestic law. This can be accomplished through the immigration laws of the requested state or other facets of the requested state’s domestic law. Similarly, the codes of penal procedure in many countries contain provisions allowing for extradition to take place in the absence of an extradition agreement. Sovereigns may, therefore, still request the expulsion or lawful return of a fugitive from the territory of a requested state in the absence of an extradition treaty.

I believe the Kenyan Extradition Request is primarily meant as HARASSMENT and INTIMIDATION for Lucas for his work in publishing and widely distributing Obama’s authentic 1961 Kenyan Birth Certificate.

Nevertheless, the Kenyan Request is a serious threat, especially if the Obama Administration puts pressure on the DR government to extradite Lucas.

    > I believe the Kenyan Extradition Request is primarily meant as HARASSMENT and INTIMIDATION for Lucas for his work in publishing and widely distributing Obama’s authentic 1961 Kenyan Birth Certificate.

Then why did it come only when Lucas “procured” the Oppenheim BC and not back when he “procured” the “Obama BC”?

  28. The Magic M says:

    > The foregoing document, issued by the Policia Nacional, was redacted before it was made available to me.

Any explanation for that, Lucas? Who redacted it and why? Do you think the PN redacts their own documents (directed at you, no less, so anything they didn’t want there they didn’t have to put there in the first place) before giving them out?

Just more inexplicable nonsense from your part.

    > A 1963 Kenyan BC virtually IDENTICAL in form to OBAMA’S

So? Nobody ever claimed Kenyan BC’s didn’t look that way.

It’s also interesting how quickly birthers gloss over inconsistencies on their own “evidence” with words like “*virtually* identical”. Like that glaring hole with the date format. A country that uses two date formats so you cannot prove if “4/8/61″ means “August 4th” or “April 8th”? Is this just some “them Kenyans don’t care” sort of argument?

(And don’t give me the “Wikipedia sez both formats are used” argument. Wikipedia lists what Kenya has in general use now, not what it had in 1961, nor how official documents are supposed to be handled.)
