Extradition to Kenya may be imminent.

The Curse Kenya book by Eric HansenEarlier today I learned that it is likely that I will be extradited to Kenya.

Perhaps I’ve been cursed by someone in Kenya such as author Eric Hansen (British) indicated that he was while he was living in Kenya in the 1920’s in his book, The Curse (1990).

This news regarding extradition to Kenya isn’t the greatest but I will remain positive. I will report again within the next 48 hours with regard to the extradition.

    Lucas,

I’m a little surprised that your extradition hearing is being acted on this quickly by the DR authorities. It seems like most legal matters there normally take a very long time to get accomplished due to case backlogs and administrative inadequacies.

Perhaps the ‘very soon’ promised announcement by Team Arpaio regarding Obama has caused the Kenyans to pay a little extra ‘cash consideration’ to the DR authorities to get the matter handled BEFORE that ‘universe shattering’ event occurs.

I have been checking daily using Google Search under the following key words to see if anything has been publicly announced recently regarding the expanded list of countries to which people can be extradited to from the DR, but I have seen nothing published.

“dominican republic” “backing of warrants” extradition

It might actually be good news if your hearing occurs BEFORE the new law is enacted, but I don’t have much hope regarding this. My thought is, if the list is being expanded, the revised list will include KENYA, and the change has likely already been made to accommodate your ‘convenient’ extradition to that country.

If you are extradited to Kenya, I CONSIDER THIS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER!

I suggest that you inform, via email, etc. as many influential folks in the birther community as possible of this matter to see if anyone can provide any helpful advice or assistance.

You have probably already considered getting the American Embassy there in Santo Domingo involved. However, the fact that the embassies report to the Obama administration complicates the situation immensely.

I am hoping for the best for you regarding extradition.

I am also hoping that Team Arpaio will be have their press conference ASAP, as this information, when announced, is likely to significantly help your situation.

    Please keep us informed.

  2. Vox Reasoni says:

Don’t worry! I’m sure that sucker Bruce will give you more money!

  3. @ Vox Reasoni:

I know who you are. I remember seeing, and talking briefly, with you in 2010 at a Rivernider vs US Bank hearing in Florida.

You are a black guy (at least by American standards) who fervently tries to be black. You are white on the inside, and perhaps that served you when you were younger, but its apparent that you nowadays, perhaps for some time now, make an effort to try pretending black.

It should also be noted that you showed up to the hearing accompanied by an exceedingly skinny white man with glasses who appeared to be a homosexual and you were sitting extraordinarily close to him and it appeared that you were the dominate partner )or at least trying to be) and he was the submissive partner.

You both were on assignment from The Fogbow website.

Less than an hour or so into the Rivernider vs US Bank hearing a friend of your showed up, he was a black male maybe 40’45 years old and he was physically dirty and smelled gawd-awful and, judging by the rags he had one he was borderline homeless (maybe he sleeps on your couch a number of days each month before he is passed round to other friends?).

I also remember that you attended the hearing wearing jeans and Timberland boots. Very classy guy (maybe in opposite world).

Obama is blacker than you will ever be and that is not saying much because before Obama met Michelle Robinson and tried to assimilate with the downtrodden of Chicago he was likely just as white as those who post at the Birther Report.

The Was Obama Born In Kenya website, forum and blog do not solicit donations, unlike The Fogbow.

We report facts and do our best to report objectively.

  4. Loren says:

    Bruce,

If you really care about Lucas’ fate, you need to do more than just hope *he* emails more people or things like that. No, there are simple things that *you* can do. Just make a couple of phone calls, if nothing else, and because you’ve contributed so much to Lucas’ defense fund, you’ll get a lot further with these phone calls than anybody else could hope to.

First, you should get in touch with a U.S. attorney who deals with extradition issues. You don’t need to retain an attorney yet; just lay out the scenario for them (he’s in the DR, being extradited to Kenya), and find out what kind of services they *could* provide to help Lucas. Like you say, this thing is moving really quickly, which could mean that it’s not being done completely correctly. That could create an opening to stop the extradition, or at least slow it down. Here’s a firm that specializes in extradition, and since it’s Friday and Lucas says this thing could move fast, it would probably be best to call somebody today, before they close for the weekend:

    International Extradition

Second, it might be useful in any conversations with attorneys if you can provide them with some of the extradition paperwork from Kenya. (Definitely go ahead and share the letter that Lucas posted, but the attorneys would benefit more from having something from Kenya itself, not just the DR police.) Call the Kenyan embassy in the US, let them know you’re trying to help a friend who’s being extradited, and see if they’ll provide copies, or at least answer some questions. The Kenyan embassy’s phone number is (202) 387 6101.

Third, even if you think the U.S. embassy in the Dominican Republic might not be willing to *help* Lucas, you should consider at least calling them to ask them about extradition. The strategy here should be that you don’t mention Lucas by name at first and don’t mention Kenya; just say that your friend is a U.S. citizen in the DR, and he’s being extradited to a foreign country, and ask if they can do anything to help. If they say yes, then get more details about what they can do. (You could even tape your phone call, to preserve their comments.) And only *then*, once you have them on record saying they’ll help, do you share any specifics about Lucas and Kenya, and how you’ve already helped pay for his attorney. That way, if they try to renege later on, you can call them out. And if their first answer is to say “No, we can’t do anything to help a U.S. citizen being extradited to a foreign country on suspicious trumped-up charges”, then you’ve potentially got an even BIGGER story; forward that to Drudge or Breitbart and they’ll make it front-page news.

The US embassy in the DR has a 24-hour emergency hotline at 809-221-2171 (ext. 0). If Lucas is at risk of being extradited to Kenya this quickly, that probably qualifies as an emergency. See santodomingo.usembassy.gov/acs-e.html

    Good luck.

  5. Bruce says:

    @ Loren:
Thank you sincerely for your helpful suggestions. I need to consider how best to proceed at this late stage.

This potentially serious matter appears to be moving through the DR legal system EXTREMELY RAPIDLY. Lucas has indicated that a decision regarding his possible extradition to Kenya is due – PERHAPS TODAY?

  6. Loren says:

You’re welcome. And as how to proceed now, I think the most important thing is to move quickly. Starting with the attorney’s office is probably the best, because 1) you should be able to talk to someone quickly, and 2) they should be knowledgeable enough to suggest what you should do next, and how to do it.

And if it were me, I’d try the US embassy before I tried the Kenyan embassy. Simply because you could possibly get what you need out of the US embassy through the phone call itself, but calling the Kenyan embassy won’t reap any real benefits until you actually receive any paperwork from them, and who knows how long that might take.

  7. Just to clear here “Loren” is an Obot attorney named Loren Collins who works in Georgia.

He is a member of TheFogbow and also has his own blog called Barackryhal (http://barackryphal.blogspot.com/ He also tried to convince, along with another attorney, Dr. Conspiracy to sue me and the WOBIK blog after I published several WOBIK reports detailing to life of Kevin Wayne Davidson.

Loren is also responsible for the WOBIK blog almost being shut down in 2013 after our hosting company notified us that we need to remove certain information or be shut down.

There is A LOT to write regarding Loren Collins but for the mean time I just want to point out to readers that it appears that he, like Great Kim aka Mik Taerg, is using a new strategy when posting in which they attempt to pass themselves off as being legitimately concerned individuals who only want to offer their advice.

The same sometimes happens at Orly Taitz’s website and the BirtherReport. Its was the primary reason while The Post & Email long ago changed their policy on comments and eventually made the website a pay-to-view one.

Moreover, these individuals then run back to The Fogbow, and other blogs and websites, and then brag about what they are doing.

In any event, the WOBIK blog is open for comment from anyone and that includes weasels like Loren Collins and tricksters like Great Kim aka Mik Taerg.

  8. Loren says:

    Lucas,

First, we’ve had our differences in the past, but you can trust me when I say that I have no desire to see anyone, even you, extradited to some foreign country to face spurious criminal charges. This is why extradition laws and practices are so particular, to avoid abuses where citizens of one country are suddenly exposed to the potentially unfair laws and practices of other countries. And the notion of a U.S. citizen being extradited to some third country while out of the U.S., on charges that he didn’t know EXISTED before leaving the U.S., truly and sincerely concerns me, both as an attorney and as an American.

This is why, as you can tell, I haven’t asked Bruce to take my word on ANYTHING. He expressed concern about what could be done to help you, and I have pointed him in the direction of people who can help. People with more knowledge on extradition than me, and people with actual governmental authority. I’ve provided links and phone numbers, the same ones anyone else would find by Googling for them. And my advice has mainly extended to what order he should contact them, under the circumstances, and what they can offer him. If there’s anything offensive or questionable in that advice, I have no idea what it could be. And I’m guessing that you agree that it’s good advice, because your post to Bruce is only about me, not about the information I shared.

Second, because an American being extradited to Kenya via the DR does concern me so much, I am willing to offer my own legal services to help in your extradition to Kenya. Pro bono. Now, of course, I understand if you don’t want to accept my offer. I admittedly have no experience in extradition, and I can tell that you don’t trust me. And because you don’t trust me, I expect that you would rather that Bruce be your intermediary with the attorneys and embassies than me. Nonetheless, the offer is there, I make it openly and sincerely, and you know how to reach me if you want to accept my help.

Third, since you portray me as being reflexively against you, let me remind you that when you posted several pictures of Obama Senior’s passport last year, *I* repeatedly voiced my belief that the photos were authentic, while others claimed they were fakes. And I was right, and your photos were real. I try my best to act on evidence, and just as I believed the evidence to favor the authenticity of those photos, I cannot idly accept an American being subjected to foreign law in this fashion. I’d be willing to put in the effort for you, despite our differences, and given how much closer you are with Bruce, I trust that he is certainly willing to at least make a few phone calls.

  9. Loren says:

    Bruce,

If I was trying to hide who I was, I wouldn’t have posted here under my real name on Lucas’ blog. (This isn’t even an online handle; just like yours, it’s my real name.) Lucas has known me possibly longer than he’s known you, and if I didn’t want him to recognize me, I could’ve used a pseudonym and a different IP, and he would never have known it was me. I could’ve e-mailed it to you, and he wouldn’t have even known I’d ever contacted you.

But I didn’t, because it doesn’t make a difference in what I had to say. And I didn’t because I didn’t want you to feel fooled by taking the advice of some anonymous person, and then feel hoodwinked if you learned who I was. It’s all solid advice no matter who it comes from, and if you want to help Lucas, don’t let your (or his) dislike of me *personally* stand in the way of helping him. I’m not even the one telling you to hurry; I offered up my advice because Lucas said a decision was coming down in 48 hours, which rather advanced the timetable of things.

I don’t know what the attorneys or the embassies will tell you. Maybe they can help, maybe they can’t. But at least you’ll know that you’ve done *something*.

For the record, I have largely agreed with the opinions of libertarian, Loren Collins, Esq. on several occasions in the past, including those described in the following three links:

The Many Lies of Joseph Farah

  11. @ Loren:

I wasn’t implying that you were directly attempting to conceal your identity, what I was doing was making it clear, for those who read and post here, exactly who you are.

It appears that you are looking for the following:

    1. An interview with Bruce.

    2. Something to write about later down the road.

    3. Attempt to gather inside information.

    4. Gather evidence, which you can share with authorities, to build a criminal case against me.

    5. Help (your personal definition of help) Bruce.

The only thing that I am in control of around here is what I write. If you are looking for an interview with Bruce you’ll have to consult with him.

I myself don’t want anything to do with your deceitful manipulation. Thanks to people like you (and I have a strong suspicion, though have not been able to confirm with certainty, that it was specifically you) I get stopped at airports to verify that I am not traveling with underage children.

  12. Loren Collins is NOT currently practicing law. Why is that? (I don’t know, but perhaps he can share?)

He works for (sort of) the Law Office of W Bryant Green III PC in Atlanta, Georgia. However, he has been on “vacation” for more than two months now and he is NOT expected to return.

What is, and has he, been up to?

PS. In January 2010 (I believe that was the date) I gave Loren Collins and interview. It was a telephonic interview which last for what seemed to be more than an hour (I can’t remember now and it may have been even longer).

I did the interview after listening to the advice (terrible advice!) of Jim Byrne aka mocorrupt. If I could do it all over again I would have never spoken with Loren Collins.

  13. AMERICAN ADVOCATE says:

    @ Inspector Smith:
LUCAS , PLEASE TAKE MY SUGGESTION AND RIDE THE MOTORBIKE TO THE OTHER END OF THE ISLAND TO AVOID AN UNPLEASANT TRIP .

  14. Rambo Ike says:

    @ Inspector Smith:

Lucas, it doesn’t matter if Loren is the Devil incarnated. If your situation is as dire as it’s being presented here, you need to go to the American Embassy, pronto. The information he has provided is correct.

    Call Phone #: 809-221-2171

    You can hole up there.

  15. Great Kim says:

It appears that Lucas Mboya, the son of Tom Mboya and Member at National Anti Corruption Campaign Steering Committee of Kenya, started the extradition process.
By looking into their website I believe the “NACCSC”, is where it all got started.

  17. @ Loren:

    Thanks for sharing. Very interesting!
