Colonial Office Report on Zanzibar for the Years 1957 and 1958. by Lucas Daniel Smith
I own the Colonial Office Report on Zanzibar for the Years 1957 and 1958 (one book) and have it in my personal possession.
Page five (5), or page eleven (11) of the PDF, states that: With few exceptions all who are born in the Zanzibar Protectorate or in the Protectorate of Kenya are by law subjects of His Highness the Sultan and are entitled, regardless of race, to claim Zanzibar nationality.
Additionally, there are two (2) maps and the end of the report and one of the said maps contains a supplemental enlargement which displays the Kenya Protectorate as the coastal area (including Mombasa) of the Kenya Colony:
Barack Obama was born at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya on August 4th, 1961.

Zanzibar – An Island Tour
Sure, IF he were born in Kenya. But he was born in Hawaii, as his birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials of both parties in Hawaii and the index data and the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers by the DOH of Hawaii all show. And, while Lucas D. Smith CLAIMS to have a birth certificate issued in Kenya that shows Obama was born there, the Kenyan government denies that Obama was born in Kenya, and Lucas D. Smith refuses to show any evidence that he has ever gone to Kenya (which, BTW, is not even trying to extradite him). If Lucas D. Smith had gone to Kenya, and Kenya was trying to extradite him, he would be able to show proof of both of those things. But he hasn’t. (I wonder why not??)
Please ignore the information given earlier in the following comment. I see now that Lisa4588 is likely just referring to having a copy of the now widely discredited ‘Bomford, Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate’. SORRY FOR THE ADDED CONFUSION!

Thats Andrew Vrba that this refers to. You must of misread the name on the web. Yes, the racist sympathizer Andy Vrba that is.
There isn’t even evidence that Obama’s mother had a PASSPORT in 1961—-and very very few 18-year-olds did at the time—-and even fewer women, EXTREMELY FEW, traveled abroad late in pregnancy in 1961 due to the risk of stillbirths.
Yet birthers have convinced a few highly GULLIBLE people that both of these highly unlikely things took place, and that Obama’s birth certificate is forged AND that the officials of both parties are lying (including Linda Lingle, the former Republican governor), AND that the Index Data file is forged AND that the birth notices in the “Health Bureau Statistics” section of the newspaper were wrong or forged or could have been placed by relatives (they couldn’t, only the DOH could send those notices to the “Health Bureau Statistics” section), AND that the teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, after being told of the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley was mistaken or lying. Only highly GULLIBLE people believe that there is a reasonable chance that all of that happened..
