Attorney Douglas A. Wallace vs Willard Mitt Romney.

This is the only active federal litigation, that I know to exist, which lists Willard Mitt Romney as a party.

Attorney Douglas A. Wallace alleges that Mitt Romney is not eligible for POTUS because Romney is a High Priest holder of the Melchizedk (or Melchizedek) Priesthood which Douglas states to be the parent organization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or as it is more commonly referred as LDS Church or Mormons.

Douglas A.Wallace is a member of the Bar of the State of Washington.   In the year 2002 he elected to be placed the non-disciplinary suspended list for personal reasons.   He is currently located in Nevada.

I briefly looked into Wallace’s background and it appears that he ordained a Black American male to Mormon priesthood when it was taboo to so back in 1976 and embarrassed the church.

Wallace seeks the following relief (among other relief and not limited to): The Court should issue a temporary restraining order against defendant ROMNEY temporarily restraining him from further campaigning for the Office of President and an order to show cause why he should not be permanently enjoined from seeking the office.

The complaint consists of 21 pages in which you’ll find all sorts of thought provoking references such as, though by no means limited to, Senator Frank Church and also the NSA Utah Data Center (located in the heart of Mormon country) which is still in under construction and is not due to open until sometime in late 2013.

If nothing else it at least makes for an interesting read an notably so as the only active federal litigation in which Mitt Romney is a party.

For your review I have embedded the only two filings, which I myself pulled from PACER, in this still active civil action:

03.28.2012 Complaint. Attorney Douglas A. Wallace vs Willard Mitt Romney.

03.28.2012 Notice. Attorney Douglas A. Wallace vs Willard Mitt Romney.

I too have concerns regarding Romney’s eligibility especially since he courting Rubio and Jindel (both ineligible) for VP. It seems to be of utmost importance for our so-called leaders to eliminate Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution; since no fewer than 8 attempts to do so have been made in the past…all unsuccessful. So, they forced Obama upon the nation by bureaucratic fiat to set “precedent” and now push to have nothing but ineligible candidates on uninformed citizens. Romney’s BC raises suspicion since it lists his father as born in MEXICO! Come on birthers, have another look at Romney, is he really eligible? Joseph Farrah of (WND) say’s he is, but is he?
The US Constitution is all we have as a nation, all that our children have to protect them and their children.

The public does need to understand better how the destiny of America figures in Mormon theology.

I have a lot of concerns about Romney, not the least of which is his Mormon faith. However, I need more information as to why Mr. Wallace believes this disqualifies him from eligibility for POTUS. I also do not believe it is accurate to say that the Melchizedek priesthood is the parent organization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in any kind of formal sense (unless church leaders themselves have corrupted their faith in entanglement with corporate law).

IMO, Romney’s strong ‘Mormon Establishment’ background, combined with his ‘RINO Establishment’ support-base and socialism-promotion activities while governor in Massachusetts, make him a very unsuitable POTUS Republican candidate. Nevertheless, if given the opportunity, I WILL vote for him in November in an admittedly desperate attempt to rid us of OBAMA, The Marxist ‘Manchurian’ Muslim from Mombasa.

I have personally known some very fine, upstanding Mormon individuals and I generally have a good opinion of the religion, at least as it is generally practiced and presented to the public. However, the ‘dark, historical, theocracy-leaning underpinnings’ of Mormonism do give me serious concerns about any highly influential, strongly committed member of the religion, such as Romney, seeking the U.S. Presidency.
