Jerome R. Corsi was wrong in his 8/25/2009 WND article titled ‘eBay Birth Certificate Called Fraud’ when he stated the following under his list of claimed ‘defects’ of the 'Lucas Daniel Smith, Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate':

8. “The document does not look remotely like the 1961-era birth certificates use in Kenya: infant footprints were not displayed on Kenyan birth certificates in the 1961-era.”

OF COURSE the 'Lucas Daniel Smith, Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate' looks different than the 1961-era Kenyan birth certificate shown in the article linked above. The LDS document is a HOSPITAL Birth Certificate from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, whereas the document shown in the Corsi’s article is a KENYAN GOVERNMENT birth certificate. It makes no sense to make a comparison between these two documents.

The 'Lucas Daniel Smith, Obama Kenyan HOSPITAL Birth Certificate' is AUTHENTIC, regarding its general appearance!
