My Comment: I suggest that you pay particular attention to the segment on the video between the 3.50 and 9.20 minute marks since this time period covers the discussion between Mark Gillar and Ben Shapiro regarding the Selective Service Number and Birth Certificate forgery issues.

"Mark did a fantastic job on this interview. He strongly made his point but without letting it be reduced to a big argument. The listener just about had to come away with a realization that pursuing Obama’s racism (which we all can see with our eyes anyway) while ignoring actual crimes committed is just plain silly, and there has to be something more going on with Shapiro.

The excuse Shapiro gave was basically that it was no use chasing down an issue when you would just be “marginalized” because of it anyway, and since nobody cares about it anyway. When asked whether they had indications that people cared about Obama’s critical race theory connections, Shapiro assumed there was interest because the dying media had reported on the tape. Which actually defeats the whole argument being made about the media: that the media DOESN’T vet the things that really matter and that people really care about. If the only way to know whether people are interested is by whether the media reports on it, then they should never have pursued any of these tapes because people OBVIOUSLY aren’t interested in it...

But it seems to me that Breitbart cared enough about it - even after making public statements against the issue and having his staff supposedly study and debunk the credibility of the eligibility issue - that he specifically asked Jerry Corsi to put him in touch with Joe Arpaio, to hear what the posse had found out. Just hours before Breitbart died, probably in the last interview Breitbart conducted.

Somebody commented to Michael Savage that the way to know if Breitbart was assassinated was by whether the tapes came out. If the tapes came out then Breitbart wasn’t assassinated; if they didn’t come out then he was.

Well, one of the tapes came out. But the thing that DIDN’T come out - and never will, according to what Shapiro has said - was whatever evidence Breitbart discussed with Joe Arpaio just hours before Breitbart died.

To me that says 2 things:

First off, that Breitbart’s people did NOT do all kinds of research on the issue and found that it was not credible, as stated by Shapiro (or else Breitbart himself would not have specifically asked to speak with Arpaio the night he died).

Second, that the thing Breitbart was killed over was not the tape, but whatever happened between Arpaio and Breitbart that very night. The Savage caller suggested that if the Soros people had assassinated Breitbart to stop his vetting, they would make sure that the feared revelations died with Breitbart. The potential Breitbart revelations that died with Breitbart were about Obama’s eligibility and draft registration, which Breitbart’s people are now saying they are no way, no how ever going to report on.

IOW, Ben Shapiro in this interview appears to have answered the question of whether Andrew Breitbart was assassinated. He was, and it was not about the tapes (which Ogletree (?) said outright that they were not worried about anybody seeing now) but it was about what Sheriff Arpaio discussed with Breitbart just hours before Breitbart suddenly hit the ground, dead: Obama’s forged birth certificate and draft registration."

"The trouble (with leaving the matter in the hands of 'law enforcement') is that the only way to get access to the proof of what really happened with his records is by a federal investigation, and the only way that’s going to happen is if the public pressures Congress to appoint an independent prosecutor. As long as Soros is able to bully the media he will also be able to bully Congress, courts, etc.

So though it is true that law enforcement should do the investigating regarding the crimes, it is also true that with federal law enforcement held hostage by Eric Holder, the only way we’re going to GET law enforcement to successfully subpoena the records that would tell us the truth is by getting an independent federal prosecutor - AGAINST the will of Holder, all the Congress-critters, media, etc.

That’s why Soros silenced the media on this even after the election. He had to keep Congress from doing anything with teeth: law enforcement.

And for those who think “this issue” isn’t important, nobody can be stupid enough to believe that if Soros can get away with this on eligibility he would still simply stand by and let anything truly damaging to Obama actually happen. If Soros can make threats on this subject he can make threats on ANY subject. If Soros can keep law enforcement from investigating these crimes he can keep law enforcement from investigating ANY crimes. If Soros can keep Congress from upholding the Constitution and rule of law on this issue, he can stop them from doing so on ANY issue. There is no way to appease this beast who aligns himself with communists and Islamists - the 2 major sworn enemies of the US. Like the Islamists, when he sees weakness he smells blood in the water and goes in for the kill.

This battle is for the rule of law. If the American people, media, Congress, courts, law enforcement, military, etc are all OK with total lawlessness, then we’ve got nothing left. Why count on elections when they could be just ignored anyway, by a lawless society and government? We’re still acting as if a lawful “win” means anything. It doesn’t. Locks are for honest people; crooks just go around locks.

I know you know this already, and you’re not about to keep quiet about the fact that we’ve got problems. We need to let law enforcement do the research that only they can do, but we also need to be the megaphones for them, because their hands are tied until WE force Congress to appoint an independent federal prosecutor who can successfully force Hawaii to give up its records."
