Appeals Court Rules Only Person Who Can Challenge Obama Eligibility Is Romney

WASHINGTON D.C. – The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals entered their Order yesterday summarily affirming the dismissal of Sibley’s quo warranto lawsuit by the District Court which sought to challenge Obama’s eligibility to be President. The Appeals Court – refusing to address the merits of Sibley’s claim – held instead that Sibley did not have “standing” to challenge Obama’s eligibility.
However, by their Order, the Appeals Court has identified the only person who can challenged Obama’s legitimacy: Mitt Romney.
Hence, Sibley today is releasing his Public Letter to Mr. Romney which alerts Mr. Romney that he is now the last man who can legally challenge Obama’s legitimacy. In the letter, Sibley states that he is privy to the heretofore-kept-private name of the forger of Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth and the trail which leads to Obama
Thus, it is up to Mr. Romney whether he will take that evidence and bring it to the public and the Court or whether he will retire from public life and this burden to him that it now brings. [] - Montgomery Sibley.
