Earlier this month (feb 1 2016) some sort of case that he filed with the Illinois Board of Elections, against Ted Cruz, regarding natural born citizen and eligibility issue, was dismissed.
Attorney Joyce appealed the decision to the Circuit Court of Cook County (in Chicago). It appears that Judge Maureen Ward Kirby will be hearing the case later today (feb 19 2016). (I’m writing this report now at about 2:00 AM.)
