Arpaio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The 85-year-old former six-term sheriff received a presidential pardon on August 25 which precludes sentencing from taking place. However, <a class=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.azd.uscourts.gov\/locations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">U.S. District Court<\/a> Judge Susan R.
