Picking up on the story, the New York Daily News ran the headline: \u201cTrump Defects!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Confirming these stories, the Russian chief of state in his famed judo outfit answered: \u201cDA!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

To every soft-ball question from reporters he answered, \u201cDA!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

To every other question he answered, \u201cNYET!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

This was Vladimir Putin\u2019s effective way to end the confusion Americans have over the Trump-Putin Alliance after the president announced: \u201cWe have an unshakeable alliance with out brothers, the Russians. Ukraine has nothing to worry either about losing Crimea. My friend Vlad promised them Romania.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
