One thing is for sure, Comey\u2019s testimony was anything but boring.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>\u00a01) Trump was not under investigation by the FBI<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em>When questioned by Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), Comey answered that President Donald Trump was not under investigation by the FBI.
