Some are no longer used\/issued, some have been redesigned, and others have been created that did not exist prior to.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Moreover, depending on location and relevance, documentation and methods of securing such documentation, may differ and exist contemporaneously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Three examples of birth records of US citizens born abroad are as follows. This report has been executed in triplicate, copy issued to parents, copy transmitted to Department of State, Washington, and copy placed under File No 211.1 in the archives of this office.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 6<\/strong>.\u00a0 There is further confirmation that this child also has a German birth certificate!\u00a0\u00a0 See &#8216;REMARKS&#8217; at the bottom of the first page, <\/span><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Documents presented and retained:\u00a0 Child&#8217;s German birth cert. E1, No. 364, issued by Standesamt Heideldberg on Feb 9, 1952.\u00a0 &#8230;&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 7.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Data regarding child&#8217;s citizenship, see <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8216;NOTE&#8217;<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">at the top of the the second page, <em><strong>&#8220;For the classes of person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions who acquire nationality and citizenship of the United States at birth, see Chapter II of the Nationality Act of 1940: Section 201, subsections (c), (d), and (g); section 203; section 204, subsection (b); and section 205.\u00a0 As to persons who acquire citizenship of the United States under Section 201 (g), or persons who were born on or after noon, E. S. T., May 24, 1934,<\/strong><\/em><em><strong> of parents one of whom was at the time a citizen of the United States while the other was an alien, the foreign service officer by whom this report of birth is prepared should notify the American parent, or if that is impracticable, the alien parent, that under the first proviso to Section 201 (g), the child whose birth is reported herein will be divested of citizenship of the United States if he or she fails to reside in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling 5 years between the ages of 13 and 21 years.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 8<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bellow the NOTE the following was added manually via typewriter, <em><strong>&#8220;Section 201(g) is only applicable in this case because father of the child was not able to present his birth certificate at the time this report of birth was execute.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 9<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bellow that cited in foregoing (#8)\u00a0 is, <em><strong>&#8220;The proviso to Section 201 (g) of the Nationality Act does not apply to a child who is born abroad of an American parent who at the time of the child&#8217;s birth is residing abroad solely or principally in the employment of the Government of the United States or a bona fide American educational, scientific, philanthropic, religious, commercial, or financial organization, having its principal office or place of business in the United States, or an international agency of an official character in which the United States participates, for which he receives a substantial compensation.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 10<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">See the &#8216;SS&#8217; (sworn statement) on page three, <em><strong>&#8220;This is to certify that Mr. Glenn Hubert Newport today submitted to this office satisfactory evidence of his birth in the United States. The child Glenn Hubert Newport III, is therefore no longer subject to the provisos of Section 201 (g) and is considered to have obtained American citizenship under the provisions of Section 201 (c) of the Nationality Act of 1940.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>\u00a0Stuttgart, Germany July 8th, 1952.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Supplemental discussion based on what we&#8217;ve learned in the the foregoing <strong>1<\/strong> thru <strong>10<\/strong> segment:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To apply for this Report of Birth at least one of the parents had to be a US citizen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The word\/terminology <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Negroid<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> was in use, as a race, on US Government forms in the year 1952.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The child would probably end up with at least two (2) US birth records because this Report of Birth was copied to the US Department of State where, presumably, some sort of certificate\/certification of birth (abroad) would be issued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The child also has a German birth certificate.\u00a0\u00a0 From the language used it appears that the child might even have two (2) German birth records, i.e., one from the hospital\/doctor and one from the local German authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Section 201(g) was applicable because the father, at the specific time of the Report of Birth, was not able to present his own birth certificate to prove that he was a US citizen.\u00a0\u00a0 Consequently his child, who was born to a verified US citizen mother, would be divested of citizenship of the United States if he or she failed to reside in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling 5 years between the ages of 13 and 21 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Section 201(g) would not apply to children born abroad to a US citizen parent, or US citizen parents, serving in the US Military and stationed abroad solely or principally in the employment of the Government of the United States.\u00a0 However, it appears that Glenn Hubert Newport was honorably discharged from the US Army on December 31, 1945, nearly 7 years before his son&#8217;s birth.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I have his honorable discharge record in my personal possession and have now digitized it and uploaded it to my Patriot1980 scribd.com account for review:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"margin: 12px auto 6px auto; font-family: Helvetica,Arial,Sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 14px; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; -x-system-font: none; display: block; text-decoration: underline;\" title=\"View 12.31.1945. discharge record lists terminologies of &#8220;White, Negro and Other&#8221; as the &#8216;race&#8217; options. \u00a0 The above record also lists options for &#8216;US Citizen&#8217; as &#8220;Yes&#8221; and &#8220;No&#8221; proving that even in 1945 (just as it is true today in 2011) non-US citizens could serve in the US Military (today foreigners can earn US citizenship by enlisting, and then serving for set period of time, in the US Military).\u00a0 I also note here, for purposes unrelated to this specific WOBIK blog report, that the above record, from the year 1945, requests and contains a RIGHT THUMB PRINT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We know that Glenn Hubert Newport was honorably discharged from the US Army on the last day of the year 1945 but a review of his son&#8217;s 1952 birth record states that his &#8216;Occupation&#8217; was, &#8220;Department of Army Employee&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Did he reenlist at some point between 1946 and 1952?\u00a0\u00a0 If he did, it appears that he still had to prove that he was a US citizen at the time of his son&#8217;s Report of Birth (which he initially failed to do) otherwise Section 201(g) would still have been applicable even if he was still enlisted in the US Army.\u00a0 His son&#8217;s birth record states that he (the father) was an employee of the US Army at the time of his son&#8217;s birth.\u00a0 From what we know of Section 201(g) it appears that Section 201(g) would not apply to a child born to a US citizen parent who at the time of the child&#8217;s birth is residing abroad <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">solely or principally in the <strong>employment<\/strong> of the Government of the United States.\u00a0 <\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Was it possible for an individual to be an employee of the US Army without actually enlisting\/reenlisting in the US Military?<\/span><em><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 Is it possible that Glenn Hubert Newport was not residing abroad <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>solely or principally<\/em><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">for purposes of being employed by the US Army?\u00a0\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know the answers to those questions.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All that we know for certain is that Section 201(g) was applicable at the time of his son&#8217;s Report of Birth in Germany because he (the father) was not able to provide a birth certificate to prove that he (the father) was a US citizen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In conclusion it appears that in the year 1952 a child born abroad would need two US citizen parents, i.e., both parents, not just a one (whether it be the mother or the father), for the child to be considered to have obtained American citizenship.\u00a0 See the foregoing #<strong>7<\/strong>, #<strong>8<\/strong>, #<strong>9<\/strong>, and #<strong>10<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Barack Hussein Obama II was born at the Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate while the child was still in Kenya?\u00a0\u00a0 If not, did his mother or father attempt to obtain a record of birth abroad for baby Obama after the child arrived in Hawaii?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
