While conducting research for an article I’m writing regarding the renowned Charles Edward Lincoln III…I stumbled upon a recently published (4th quarter 2015)\u00a0three-part series\u00a0which was\u00a0written by\u00a0Peyton Yates Freiman.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Peyton<\/a><\/p>\n

As readers may already know Peyton\u00a0Freiman (pictured above) worked for several years as a clerk or assistant to Charles Lincoln.<\/p>\n

As the titles (all 3 of them) at the bottom of this report suggest the articles written by Peyton are accounts and memories of his time working with Orly Taitz and birthers.<\/p>\n

The first article starts with,\u00a0February 19th, 2009, Lucas Daniel Smith purportedly walks out of the Coast Province General Hospital in Kenya with a certified copy of Barack Obama\u2019s Birth Certificate…<\/em><\/p>\n

There appears to be mistakes or errors in his dating of things in the articles but the first article begins with him arriving in California just a few shorts days before attorney Orly Taitz flew me into LAX -Los Angeles International Airport.<\/p>\n

In the second article Peyton refers to me as…..The Carpet Bagger<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

For readers who may be unfamiliar with the terminology I refer you to\u00a0Wikipedia and their definition of the term:\u00a0In United States history, a carpetbagger<\/b> was a Northerner who moved to the South after the American Civil War, during the Reconstruction era (1865\u20131877). White Southerners denounced them fearing they would loot and plunder the defeated South.<\/em><\/p>\n

In the second (2nd) article, and much more so in the third (3rd) article, Peyton provides bucketloads of detail regarding my 2009 trips to the Congo and Kenya.<\/p>\n

He also indicates that he and Charles were never really and truly interested in the Birther issue and that their only objective was forming an alliance with Orly Taitz because not only was she a licensed attorney but she was also the only \u00a0licensed attorney who was crazy enough to work with them.<\/p>\n

Purported statement (according to Peyton) made by Charles:<\/p>\n

Look we need a lawyer, you know that. We have been looking for someone that will work with us using our legal theories and finally we\u2019ve found someone crazy enough <\/em>[Orly Taitz<\/strong>]\u00a0to do it! And you yourself said that you wanted to avoid accusations of the unauthorized practice of law.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

For the record I’ll state right here that Peyton speculates a bunch in his articles and he’s quick to form unwarranted conclusions. \u00a0He also errs (or doesn’t remember correctly) in a number of small details which are included in his\u00a0articles. Perhaps that’s how things typically work when a normal person (or perhaps any\u00a0person) attempts to record the details of the lives of others (e.g., biographies).<\/p>\n

Having said all that stuff\u00a0in the paragraph directly above I also now want to state here that I don’t think (or at least it doesn’t appear that) that Peyton has\u00a0intentionally written any untruths<\/u>\u00a0regarding me myself (I can’t speak for Charles or Orly)\u00a0in his three part series.<\/p>\n
