{"id":6588,"date":"2015-03-08T18:08:04","date_gmt":"2015-03-08T22:08:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/?p=6588"},"modified":"2015-03-08T18:28:10","modified_gmt":"2015-03-08T22:28:10","slug":"barack-obama-2007-home-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/barack-obama-2007-home-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Barack Obama 2007 home video"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LFpenxgL8iw?rel=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The title of the video says <strong>2006<\/strong>\u00a0but it should probably be\u00a0<strong>2007<\/strong> (August 2007?).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">While Obama is talking at this event he references campaigning in Austin, Texas (which took place in Feb. 2007) which he states was about six months ago. \u00a0Furthermore, I don&#8217;t think that he was campaigning for president in 2006.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It appears that this fundraising event took place in Prosper, Texas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At any rate, I agree with almost everything (not everything 100%) Obama says in this 2007 fundraiser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It appears that only 800 or so people have ever viewed this video online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The fundraiser itself appears to have been\u00a0attended by a combination\u00a0of both white and black Americans (there may have been more blacks than whites).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One of the only things that I disliked a little about the video (aside from the video playing sideways) was the guy towards the end (a white guy? possibly named Walter?) who brings up &#8220;rights&#8221; (or what he says is not a right).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I agree with Obama that rights are what we decide are rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">My personal opinion is that if there is a god I don&#8217;t think that when he created us humans that he was thinking about Due Process and Freedom of Speech. \u00a0But if he was then why did it take thousands (or millions?) of years for man to attain these rights?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rights are what we decide are rights.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I also believe that some &#8220;rights&#8221; that we enjoy (I think) as Americans are not written in the US Constitution. \u00a0One example is that of private property. \u00a0Does the US Constitution stipulates that we have a right to (including to purchase) private property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please exercise your free speech in the comments section below. There are no stipulations of political correctness on this blog. Speak your mind, give us your thoughts, both objective and subjective. Share your ideas, hunches, inklings or your expertise. Please provide recommendation and corrections if you spot errors in fact within the blog report.
