{"id":5614,"date":"2014-10-01T11:32:53","date_gmt":"2014-10-01T15:32:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/?p=5614"},"modified":"2014-10-01T14:34:03","modified_gmt":"2014-10-01T18:34:03","slug":"does-anyone-really-believe-that-a-nearly-60-year-old-millionaire-us-senator-mary-landrieu-still-lives-at-home-with-her-parents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/does-anyone-really-believe-that-a-nearly-60-year-old-millionaire-us-senator-mary-landrieu-still-lives-at-home-with-her-parents\/","title":{"rendered":"Does anyone really believe that a nearly 60 year old millionaire (US Senator Mary Landrieu) still lives at home with her parents?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mEjqRLjP7Io?rel=0\" height=\"360\" width=\"640\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the above video Louisiana State Senator Elbert Lee Guillory (Republican) appears to take a swipe at US Senator Mary Landrieu&#8217;s ineligibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elbert Guillory represents District 24 in Louisiana which includes his place of birth, Opelousas, Louisiana.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the above embedded video he states, among other things:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> So on November 4th [2014] lets send her back home to her fathers house, or to her mansion in Washington, DC, or to wherever\u00a0the heck she lives!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Earlier this month (Sept. 5th) a Baton Rouge \u00a0state court Judge named Wilson Fields dismissed a lawsuit challenging US Senator\u00a0Mary Landrieu&#8217;s (D- Louisiana) eligibility to hold office of US Senator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mary Landrieu was elected in 1996 to the\u00a0US Senate and won re-election in 2002 and 2008. \u00a0 She\u00a0\u00a0is seeking\u00a0re-election this November (2014).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Judge Wilson Fields indicated that the\u00a0US Constitution dictates that Landrieu&#8217;s residency only matters on the day of the election and that it is not legally relevant whether Landrieu lives in Louisiana now, as the plaintiff, a Republican state lawmaker, had asserted in his complaint. \u00a0 He said,\u00a0<\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Your suit is premature because of what the Constitution states.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Does it really only matter on election day? \u00a0What about that fact that she&#8217;s been in office since 1996 and reelected in 2002 and 2008?
