What proof do these skeptics offer?<\/span><\/p>\n

They cite a United States Department of Justice\u00a0<\/span>Annual Report <\/span><\/em>(1962)<\/span> of the Immigration and Naturalization Service<\/span><\/em>\u00a0(INS)<\/span>\u00a0which indicates that, from June 30th 1961 thru June 30th 1962, there were zero (0) US citizens<\/strong> who traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States<\/span><\/p>\n

The skeptics also indicate that Barack Obama Sr. could not have traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States in August 1961.<\/span><\/p>\n

They cite the same 1962 Annual Report as well because it also indicates that,\u00a0from June 30th 1961 thru June 30th 1962, there was only one (1) alien<\/strong> (non-US citizen) who traveled, by air, from the Kenya to the United States. \u00a0Skeptics indicate that Stanley Ann Dunham would have been traveling with a newborn baby (Obama, II) who\u00a0would have been an alien under US law, if born in Kenya, so he and his alien father (Obama, Sr.) could not have both arrived in the United States by air.<\/span><\/p>\n

At first glance the data for Kenya appear to support the claims put forth by the skeptics regarding air travel and that Stanely Ann Dunham and Barack Obama Sr could not have traveled, by airplane, from Kenya to the United States in August 1961.<\/span><\/p>\n

The problem with these claims is that the data contained in these\u00a0USDJ\u00a0<\/span>Annual Reports<\/span><\/em> of the INS\u00a0is inaccurate and erroneous.<\/span><\/p>\n

In August of 1959 Barack Obama, Sr. departed Nairobi, Kenya (Kenya Colony) for the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

He boarded an airplane at\u00a0Embakasi Airport in Nairobi, Kenya.<\/span><\/p>\n

[NOTE: After Kenya’s independence in 1964, the airport was renamed\u00a0Nairobi International Airport. \u00a0Sometimes after the 1978 death of Kenya’s first post colonial\u00a0President, Jomo Kenyatta, the airport was renamed\u00a0Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.]

The airplane made a brief stopover in Rome, Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The airplane also touched down in Paris, France at Orly International Airport.<\/span><\/p>\n

On August 9th 1959 Barack Obama, Sr. landed in New York at\u00a0John F. Kennedy International Airport.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, if you review (look for Kenya) the United States Department of Justice<\/span>\u00a0Annual Report\u00a0<\/span><\/em>(1960<\/strong>)<\/span>\u00a0of the Immigration and Naturalization Service<\/span><\/em>\u00a0(INS) you will see that it\u00a0indicates that, from June 30th 1959 thru June 30th 1960<\/strong>, there were\u00a0zero (0) aliens <\/strong>(non-US citizen)\u00a0who traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States. Moreover, the report indicates that there were also zero (0) US citizens<\/strong> who traveled from Kenya to the United States. Supposedly, no one at all traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

Barack Obama, Sr. traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States in August 1959.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 1960\u00a0<\/span>USDJ Annual Report for the INS<\/span><\/em> indicates that from June 30th 1959 thru June 30th 1960 no one traveled, by air, from Kenya to the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

Evidently these USDJ Annual Report for the INS are flawed and unreliable.<\/span><\/p>\n

The annual report from 1962 cannot be used as evidence to rule out the possibility of the following individuals traveling (by air) from Kenya to the United States in August 1961:<\/span><\/p>\n

1<\/strong>. \u00a0Stanley Ann Dunham<\/span><\/p>\n

2<\/strong>. \u00a0Barack Obama, II<\/span><\/p>\n
