Bush Foundation sponsored event held in Dar es Salaam (formerly Mzizima), Tanzania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The event, styled as the <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">African First Ladies Summit<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, was attended by what appears to a very narrow membership of First Ladies from the USA and many countries on the African continent.\u00a0 Moreover, it appears that this exclusive and somewhat esoteric club has been around for many years and First Lady Bird Johnson (wife Lyndon B. Johnson) was a member up until her death in 2007.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In any event, seeing Michelle Obama and Laura Bush hanging out together (on the Dark Continent of all places) gives me the same frightening sensation that I experienced as a very young boy (in the 1980s) while watching horror films such as the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) and the Freddy Krueger films (1980s).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please exercise your free speech in the comments section below.
