The Library of Congress Control Number is 2010911205.<\/span><\/p>\n Berger is from Wisconsin and was an air traffic controller in the United States Air Force.\u00a0 He was in the construction industry for 41 years, started as a laborer and eventually became an architect, and went on to become the owner of five (5) construction companies.<\/span><\/p>\n He is the author of several books and he started his own publishing company in 1992.<\/span><\/p>\n If you’d like to buy his book <\/span>One Candle at a Time<\/span><\/em> you may do so at Amazon.com here<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n Sarah Palin called Berger a “patriot” after he sent her a copy of the book.\u00a0 A picture of Berger (and a short bio) and Sarah Palin and her thoughts on Berger and his book make up the back cover of the book:<\/span><\/p>\n On page 266 (a snapshot provided below) Berger states<\/span>,<\/span> “Testimony from a Mombasa science teacher and the Mombasa Registrar of births that the Obama’s birth certificate is from Mombasa is genuine.\u00a0 A copy of President Obama’s birth certificate that Lucas Smith obtained through the help of a Kenyan Colonel who got it recently directly from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Page 277, which consists of a copy of Barack Obama’s<\/span> 1961 Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya birth certificate<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/span>, is provided in the snapshot at the head of this report.<\/span><\/p>\n I want to affably and sincerely thank Ron Berger for including Barack Obama\u2019s<\/span>\u00a01961 Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya birth certificate<\/span><\/a><\/em>, and my name, in his book.<\/span><\/p>\n I apologize that I have not read the entire book.
