L. Moore, Jr, of Missouri signed and mailed a <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Brief of Amicus Curiae<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> on the thirtieth (30th) day of May, 2013 which has now been filed in the Alabama Supreme Court &#8211; HUGH McINNISH, et al. vs BETH CHAPMAN.
