{"id":2739,"date":"2013-03-18T19:58:35","date_gmt":"2013-03-18T23:58:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/?p=2739"},"modified":"2015-04-08T12:59:56","modified_gmt":"2015-04-08T16:59:56","slug":"2739","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/2739\/","title":{"rendered":"What happened to Pamela Barnett&#8217;s book, <i>Obama Never Vetted<\/i>?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2744\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/barnnet-book.jpg\" alt=\"barnnet book\" width=\"281\" height=\"387\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What happened to Pamela Barnett&#8217;s book, <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Obama Never Vetted<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I understand that it was released at Amazon.com in digital format for free sometime back in November, 2012 shortly before the US Presidential election.\u00a0 At some point after that it appears that the e-book might have been selling for $9.99 on Amazon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apparently the book was supposed to be published in paperback at some point in the future but, as of yet, has not.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Moreover, the Amazon.com listing no longer exists, at all.\u00a0 Typically when a book is no longer available (i.e., sold out, no longer published, or nobody is selling it at the moment) the listing page is still accessible.\u00a0 It seems that this is not the case with Barnett&#8217;s book, <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Obama Never Vetted<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.\u00a0 Here is a screenshot of what was once the Amazon listing page for Barnett&#8217;s book:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2743\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Amazon-listing-no-longer-exists.jpg\" alt=\"Amazon listing no longer exists\" width=\"788\" height=\"297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Amazon-listing-no-longer-exists.jpg 788w, https:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Amazon-listing-no-longer-exists-300x113.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 788px) 100vw, 788px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Here is the Google cache of the Amazon book review for <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Obama Never Vetted:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-2742\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wasobamaborninkenya.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Obama-Never-Vetted-screen-1024x442.jpg\" alt=\"Obama Never Vetted screen\" width=\"620\" height=\"376\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It also appears that individual reviews of the book are still available online at Amazon but the Amazon review page (four pages of review) itself no longer exists other than in Google cache.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Here is one of the last (might could be others) radio interviews (Jan. 27, 2013) with Pamela Barnett regarding her book, <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Obama Never Vetted:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FAY2aoNgzoM?rel=0\" width=\"620\" height=\"317\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I am curious as to what has happened to Barnett&#8217;s e-book.\u00a0 Will it be sold again?\u00a0 Is a paperback version still coming?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If anyone reading here can answer the foregoing questions, or if you have related information, please comment below.\u00a0 Exercise your free speech.
