DISCLAIMER:\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>The WasObamaBornInKenya (WOBIK) blog, Lucas Daniel Smith and associates of the WOBIK blog do not endorse, nor are we responsible for, claims or representations made by the authors of the attached, quoted, discussed or cited material.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n I really did read that Obama was part of secret US Government Mars project in the 1980s in California.\u00a0 The first claims that I myself read were in a British Magazine called <\/span>Fortean Times<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0 I own the May 2012 edition which contains an article in their ‘Konspiracy Korner’ segment of the magazine (page 21 in this edition). The image above was taken from the left upper corner of the magazine’s cover.<\/span><\/p>\n Below please find a scan of the entire article for your review. But before you read it please allow me to post my thoughts.<\/span><\/p>\n It appears that at the center of this story is a well-educated attorney named Andrew D. Basiago (I think he was born in 1961).\u00a0 At first glance you might write this off as the type of stuff that only the lower echelon tabloids would report.\u00a0 However, respectable magazines such as <\/span>Wired<\/span><\/em> have picked up the story.\u00a0 Even <\/span>NBC News<\/span><\/em> picked up the story.\u00a0 Those are just two examples, there are others. That being said, it doesn’t appear that any serious news outlets (including our WOBIK) endorse the story or are seriously investigating it but nonetheless they have acknowledged it (which is all that WOBIK has done here).\u00a0 I note also that nearly all of the more reputable news outlets that have picked up this story have also joked, within their Obama on Mars articles, about Obama’s birth certificate and a couple have even mentioned Orly Taitz by name.<\/span><\/p>\n Another key character in the story is a man named William B. Stillings (there are several other notable individuals as well).<\/span><\/p>\n I’m not going to go very far into any of this but it appears that they both (and other individuals such as Bernard Mendez) claim to have been part of a Mars visitation program headed by DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) called Project Pegasus which was started in the 1960s\/1970s.\u00a0 Each also claims to have later encountered Barack Obama either during visits to, or en route to, planet Mars in the 1980s. Basiago claims to be one of more than one-hundred American children involved with experiments with teleportation during the late 1960s.\u00a0 He said the government was interested in developing a technology to transport the President and his family in urgent situations, and wanted to test the mental and physical effects.<\/span><\/p>\n Notable figures such as Alfred Lambremont Webre (born in 1942) support and stand behind Andrew D. Basiago and his claims.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 Alfred Webre is an American author, lawyer, futurist, peace activist, environmental activist, and a space activist who promotes the ban of space weapons and was educated at Yale University , University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College, and Yale Law School.\u00a0 It appears that he’s worked for numerous government agencies and I can’t list them all here because there’s just not enough room here to do so without diluting the objective of this report.<\/span><\/p>\n You probably wont believe this but the same Alfred Lambremont Webre was interviewed (radio) and discussed topics such as, though not limited to, the Mars Project, Barack Obama, Barack Obama’s birth certificate and his other frauds and states that Barack Obama and his grandparents were CIA operatives, and talks about Obama’s work (long ago) in Afghanistan, UFOs and ET, Andrew Basiago and Mars, time travel and a possible (?) name change in 1982 in British Columbia of\u00a0Barak Mounir Ubayd to Barack Hussein Obama.\u00a0 He also discusses an eligibility related civil case in Georgia:<\/span><\/p>\n
