\"questionI don’t really believe (or at least not yet) that Dr. Conspiracy or his wife, Virginia H. Davidson, intentionally did anything fraudulent pertaining to, and interrelated to, their mortgage with Bank of America.<\/span><\/p>\n

This report and the report’s title, which includes the words ‘fraudulent mortgage’, is presented in the spirit of <\/span>Obot Journalism<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0 Obot Journalism is a style of journalism that is written with, at best, poor objectivity and is published, often as fact, at a premature stage of the journalist’s interpretive endeavor.\u00a0 Their published findings inherently include attributions of egregious error and overt inconsistency which would have troubled an objective journalist and warranted further investigation before publication of a putative finding of fact.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

With the foregoing being said I now offer the following affirmation of fraud concerning or related to Dr. Conspiracy’s fraudulent mortgage document:<\/span><\/p>\n

Loan Number:\u00a0 68118000813499.<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0 Do we have other contemporary loan numbers from Bank of America to compare this number with?<\/span><\/p>\n

Lender:<\/strong>\u00a0 Within this Security Instrument the lender is at times referred to as<\/span> Bank of America<\/span><\/em> and at times as<\/span> National Banking Association<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n

National Banking Association:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 I cannot locate a single online reference to ‘National Banking Association’.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The only searchable entity which resembles National Banking Association is<\/span> National Bankers Association<\/span><\/em> which<\/span> was founded as the<\/span> Negro Bankers Association<\/span><\/em> (1927 – 1948) before it changed names.<\/span><\/p>\n

Human names:<\/strong>\u00a0 The only printed (by hand and by computer) names listed throughout the entire twelve (12) page notarized (?) Security Instrument (not including it’s attached Exhibit A which serves as nothing more than an Abstract of Title)<\/span> are those of<\/span> Kevin W. Davidson<\/span><\/em>,<\/span> Virginia H. Davidson<\/span><\/em> and<\/span> Virginia H. Sykes<\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Not even the printed name of the notary public is listed and their signature is not much help in figuring out the identity of the notary because it appears to consist of nothing more than just three (3) initials; and the notary did not affix her\/his ink stamp (which would include full printed name) nor their alternate option of embossed seal (which would include full printed name):<\/span><\/p>\n

Printed names of witnesses are not provided and in lieu of have been substituted with a handwritten<\/span> the undersigned<\/span><\/strong><\/em> for first witness and a handwritten<\/span> myself<\/span><\/strong><\/em> for second witness:<\/span><\/p>\n

Three counties?\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong> The address listed on the Security Instrument for the lender<\/span> National Banking Institution<\/span><\/em> is 100 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28255 (which in the real world is where <\/span>Bank of America<\/span><\/em> is physically located) is located within\u00a0Mecklenburg county (not to mention North Carolina and not South Carolina) .\u00a0 The mortgaged property of Kevin and Virginia Davidson is located within Spartanburg county (South Carolina).\u00a0\u00a0 The Security Instrument itself was notarized somewhere (the notary or the bank doesn’t want us to know) within Greenville county (South Carolina).\u00a0\u00a0 There was even some manual swapping of counties on the Security Instrument itself:<\/span><\/p>\n
