What factors should be considered?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The parents (Jessica Ross and Treveon Isaiah Taylor Sr.) of the decapitated infant\/baby have filed a lawsuit against the doctor and the hospital (Southern Regional Medical Center).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The doctor pulled on the baby&#8217;s head and neck so hard that she broke baby&#8217;s skull, neck and ripped his head clean off.
