A couple revealed they spend a measly $10 a month on their water bill \u2014 and do so by reusing their shower water to cook \u2014 all while forgoing toilet paper.<\/p>\n

Anna and Diogo Masiello try to lead a zero-waste lifestyle, leading them to take on some unusual habits.<\/p>\n

They also stopped using toilet paper in May in an effort to save water, opting instead for a portable bidet attached to a plastic bottle.<\/p>\n

The couple claims that ditching toilet paper and re-using their shower water saves 14 liters, or about 3.7 gallons, of water a year.<\/p>\n
