This comes after World Health Organization (WHO) passed a health resolution against Russia<\/strong> last week.<\/p>\n

The resolution referred to a “health emergency<\/strong>” in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Exactly what is the “health emergency” in the Ukraine? The WHO says, “mass casualties as well as risks of chronic and infectious diseases that have resulted from Russia’s military actions.”<\/em><\/p>\n
