In regard to the “bar joke<\/a>” (check Wikipedia you woke people, it’s a type of joke which has been around for 5000 years or so and examples have even been found on cuneiform tablets.) Steve Simon (Minnesota Secretary of State) (Minnesota Democratic\u2013Farmer\u2013Labor Party (DFL)) is Jewish, Congresswoman Ilhan Abdullahi Omar was born in Somalia and US Congress candidate Don Samuels was born in Jamaica.<\/p>\n A.J. (Aliena Jeanene) Kern is requesting proof that US Congresswoman Omar is a (1) US citizen, (2) how exactly she became a US citizen and (3) if she is then when exactly (specific date) did she become a US citizen.<\/p>\n Article I, Section 2, Clause 2 of the US Constitution<\/strong> lays out the qualifications for members of Congress:<\/p>\n No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.<\/em><\/p>\n Most of us already know that Congresswoman Omar was born in Somalia and many of us are already aware that she mostly likely married her own brother but Kern’s case against Omar delves into the topic of Omar’s father, Nur Omar Mohamed who also made his way from Somalia to the United States (note: her father died on or about June 15, 2021). <\/p>\n The gist (I think, or at least most of it in regard to Omar) of the case being that Omar would not have been able to become an American \/ US citizen through her father (which seems to be what Omar is claiming (without specifically saying so or disclosing any documentation in regard to her citizenship)).<\/p>\n As noted in the title of this post Kern is also requesting proof of eligibility from Jamaican born US Congress candidate Don Samuels. Kern also points out that Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon cannot place Omar’s and Samuel’s names on any federal election ballot in Minnesota until they provide proof that they’re eligible for the federal Office they’re running for.<\/p>\n Here is Kern’s complaint<\/strong> in the Minnesota District Court for the Fourth Judicial District<\/strong> (dated May 6, 2022<\/strong>):<\/p>\n\n This is also from Kern in the same case, a Memorandum and more Exhibits:<\/p>\n\n Kern’s website www.ajkern.com<\/a> (Restore the Republic) is mostly (aside from being about her running for Congress) about Ilhan Omar being ineligible to serve in the US Congress and her (Omar’s) citizenship fraud.<\/p>\n I found Kern’s site to be exceptionally interesting and packed full of information on the fraud (and invader) that Ilhan Omar really and truly is.<\/p>\n Please exercise your free speech in the comments section below.
