I originally intended to publish this report on the 4th of July (2012) but was unfortunately unable to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n

I original published my <\/span>Free on the 4th of July<\/span><\/em><\/strong> on the 4th of July, 2011.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 The report was a true tale, long and windy, and written in my trademark unorthodox, yet tremendously popular, writing style.\u00a0 That report can be accessed here<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I was again for a second time made free on this 4th of July 2012!<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 I affably and wholeheartedly thank the Honorable Iowa District Court in and for Linn County and it’s Honorable Officers for not burying me as agents of the federal government had pressed for when they initially made contact with the Cedar Rapids Police Department and Honorable Linn County Attorney’s Office in 2010 in an effort to silence me and the verisimilitude of Barack Obama’s birth in Kenya and the tangible existence of a record of such a birth abroad which constitutes and designates Barack Hussein Obama II as ineligible for Office of President of the United Stated of America.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Last year (December 1st, 2011), while I was out of the country, the Honorable Iowa District Court in and for Linn County issued a warrant for my arrest:<\/span><\/p>\n

After nearly being murdered by Tom Worthington, an agent of J.A. Lasorsa & Associates<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>, I slipped back into the United States of America and successfully circumvented arrest on a felony warrant by making immigration in Puerto Rico (opposed to the mainland) via the <\/span>America Cruise Ferries<\/span><\/em><\/strong> which travel between the Dominican Republic (<\/span>Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/span><\/em>) and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. \u00a0 I did get jammed up for several hours in Homeland Security in Puerto Rico at which time I was stripped down and interrogated by agents of the federal government and questioned regarding Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate, drugs, and child pornography (thanks Obots!) and whether or not I was traveling with teenage girls (thanks Obots!). \u00a0 I then traveled by shuttle van to San Juan (some hours away) and the next day flew to Texas and went on to fly to Chicago and from there; then via the Blue Line subway train I traveled to the GreyHound bus station in downtown Chicago and from there I traveled via bus to my hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.\u00a0\u00a0 Obotopians have made their doubts known as to whether such a voyage ever took place and you can read about those doubts here<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> and also here<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0 The following scribd.com upload contains all of the travel docs:

Mere days after returning to the United States of American I filed the following, via USPS mail, with the Honorable Iowa District Court in and for Linn County asking the Honorable Court to recall the arrest warrant which it had ordered some months ago<\/span>:<\/p>\n

Honorable Judge Mitchell E. Turner of the Sixth Judicial District of Iowa granted (without opposition from the Honorable First Assistant Linn County Attorney Nicholas G. Maybanks) my motions and had the warrant recalled and set new dates for pretial and trial:<\/span><\/p>\n

On May 3rd, 2012, at\u00a0 pretrial, another pretrial was set as well as a new date for trial:<\/span><\/p>\n

On the day before Independence Day (2012) the Honorable Judge Stephen B. Jackson of the Sixth Judicial District of Iowa along with the Honorable First Assistant Linn County Attorney Nicholas G. Maybanks<\/span> allowed my to plead guilty to an <\/span>aggravated misdemeanor<\/span><\/em><\/strong>, unsupervised probation, suspended 90 days jail sentence (which cannot be increased), suspended fine, and roughly $3000.00 in restitution to US Bank<\/strong> (I’d already paid some prior to the plea and sentence):<\/span><\/p>\n

A breakdown of charges and prison time I was originally facing and subsequently offered, rejected, as well as an final offer are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0 Class D Felony, 5 years prison sentence (no probation for me).\u00a0\u00a0 If I would not accept I would be tried as an<\/span> habitual offender<\/span><\/em><\/strong> which would add 15 years to my sentence.\u00a0 In addition my Class D felony would be <\/span>enhanced<\/span><\/em><\/strong> to a Class C felony which carries 10 years prison (no probation for me)<\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0 Total:\u00a0 25 years in prison with a minimum mandatory of a certain number of years before eligible for parole.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/strong>\u00a0 Aggravated Misdemeanor, 2 years prison (no probation for me<\/span>).<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong>\u00a0 Aggravated Misdemeanor, suspended 2 year prison sentence with 2 year supervised probation.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Aggravated Misdemeanor<\/strong>, suspended 90 day jail sentence<\/strong>, 2 years<\/strong> unsupervised probation<\/strong>, suspended fine<\/strong>, restitution to US Ban<\/strong><\/span>k<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
