If anyone is a minor-attracted person<\/em><\/strong> it seems like it would be Joe Biden.\u00a0 Most recent example was at the National Thanksgiving Turkey Pardoning (2021) where a little girl (see featured image) physically defended herself from Biden’s aggressive and lustful advances.<\/p>\n Apparently Colorado\u2019s Sex Offender Management Board plans to no longer use or recognize the term \u201csex offender” and in lieu will use “adults who commit sexual offenses.” See the Denver Post’s In controversial vote, Colorado state board moves to scrap \u201csex offender\u201d for new terminology<\/a><\/em>\u00a0(Nov., 19th 2021 by Alex Burness).<\/p>\n According to Wikipedia (not that I recommended their woke mouthpiece entries) a Minor-attracted person<\/em><\/strong> is an umbrella term for people with any condition that means they are sexually attracted to minors including:<\/p>\n Pedophilia<\/strong> \u2013 attraction to pre-pubescent children<\/p>\n Hebephilia<\/strong> \u2013 attraction to pubescent children\/early adolescents<\/p>\n Ephebophilia<\/strong> \u2013 attraction to late adolescents<\/p>\n Until today I’d never heard of Hebephilia or Ephebophilia.\u00a0 It seems that most people use pedophile or “pedo” for anyone convicted of a sex crime involving a minor.<\/p>\n This never seemed right or accurate to me although I wasn’t aware of the other conditions or names (Hebephilia and Ephebophilia) nor the precise meaning of Pedophilia (which evidently is attraction to ONLY pre-pubescent children).<\/p>\n From what I’ve seen and read online recently it looks like this topic and positions taken on this topic are being divided up as Left vs Right or Democrat vs Republican.<\/p>\n For example, a typical comment from the Right which I’ve seen recently is something along these lines:<\/p>\n “If you don’t want to be called a sex offender then just don’t be one.”<\/em><\/p>\n Before I go any further, I want to ask what is so accurate about this “sex offender” terminology?\u00a0 That doesn’t seem very specific at all.\u00a0 Why are we fighting to keep that terminology?\u00a0 \u00a0How about if you rape someone you are a called a rapist?\u00a0 Or maybe this idea, if you rape a minor or an adult you are called a rapist and the age of the victim adjacent to that (e.g., Rapist (age 91), e.g., Rapist (age 8))?\u00a0 \u00a0Or perhaps when the victim is a minor use the aforementioned Ephebophile<\/strong>, Hebephile<\/strong> or Pedophile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n More to point, this is an extremely complicated topic and this is where all of us should probably take off our political party blinders and start to think for ourselves.<\/p>\n For example, how many “sex offenders” are really and truly sex offenders?<\/p>\n How about a 20 year old dating and having sex with 17 1\/2 year old?<\/p>\n Or age 26 and with age 17?<\/p>\n Or how about a 16 year old boy dating a 22 year old woman? Do those seem like sex offenders to you?<\/p>\n Further, in most states (or maybe it’s all states?) sex offenders cannot live near schools. In many places that mostly or practically means they cannot live anywhere in the town \/ city because there’s a school too close everywhere.\u00a0 Even if there are areas which are not in school zones it seems like the law has went much too far by dictating where one can and cannot live.<\/p>\n I think there’s also a nationwide sex offender list (public info) which contains all their names and addresses and they also need permission to move from one addresses to another.\u00a0 Does that sound like America to you?\u00a0 A free person needs legal permission to move from one address to another?<\/p>\n Some states even require signs on front doors (or near it or on property) which indicate that a sex offender lives there.<\/p>\n In high school I remember when walking home at the end of every school day there was house (not close to the school at all) with a sign on the front porch or near the door which stated in print that a sex offender (or some similar wording) lives at that house.\u00a0 \u00a0Does that sound like America to you?\u00a0 \u00a0Forced by law to post a sign on the front of your house letting the public know you’ve been convicted of a crime?<\/p>\n What happens when those same types of restrictions are written into laws against spreading misinformation about COVID-19?\u00a0 Or not taking the covid-19 vaccine death jab?<\/p>\n Permission to move to a different house or town because you refuse to take the vaccine death jabs and death boosters?\u00a0 \u00a0How about not allowed to live near a school if you’ve been caught spreading misinformation about COVID-19?<\/p>\n Seems like a dangerous precedent we’ve allowed to be established.<\/p>\n Please exercise your free speech in the comments section below.
