As you may know from the last report both Frederick W. Thomas and Emory Dan Roberts have already plead guilty and both remain in custody as they await sentencing.\u00a0\u00a0 Samuel J. Crump and Ray H. Adams await their trial(s) and their next court date, Pretrial Conference, is scheduled for Wednesday the 11th day of July 2012 at 11:00 AM.<\/span><\/p>\n
