That’s the Honorable Judge Bruce Schroeder in his Courtroom presiding over Kyle Rittenhouse’s homicide trial which is underway at the Kenosha County Courthouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin.<\/p>\n
Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of shooting the following rioters, looters and arsonists:<\/p>\n

Their names are Joseph Rosenbaum, Gaige Grosskreutz and Anthony Huber.<\/p>\n
When those three (3) schmucks attacked Kyle Rittenhouse he defended himself with his rifle, shooting them.\u00a0 Two of them died and the other was injured.\u00a0 This was in August of 2020 a few months after George “fentanyl” Floyd died of a drug overdose in neighboring state Minnesota.\u00a0 The riots, burnings and pillaging in response to Floyd’s overdose were going on for the rest of 2020 all around the country including Kenosha, Wisconsin where rapist Jacob Blake was shot while threatening police officers which lead to even more riots, burnings and pillaging.<\/p>\n
Many in the mainstream media and at least some of the Chionists, Biden handlers, Fauci operators, the Elite (don\u2019t dare call them by any other name), etc. probably had never heard of Judge Bruce Schroeder until very recently.\u00a0 Even more so after he ruled, in his Courtroom,\u00a0 last week that the three (3) schmucks who Rittenhouse is accused of shooting cannot be referred as “victims” by the Prosecutor(s) and that the Defense can refer to them as “rioters”, “looters” and “arsonists” –<\/p>\n
Not that I recommend reading The Washington Post or any other mouthpiece media.<\/p>\n Judge Bruce Schroeder also cited the Bible a couple of days ago during the trial while he was discussing Wisconsin’s hearsay law:<\/p>\n “This is actually referred to in the Bible. Saint Paul, when he was put on trial . . . in . . . I think it\u2019s Caesarea \u2014 well, it was over in Palestine \u2014 uh, in Israel \u2014 he was . . . accused of some activity.\u00a0 And he was a Roman citizen, which is not common, but he happened to have been a Roman citizen.\u00a0 So, he had rights that we share now as Americans.\u00a0 Uh, and \u2014 he \u2014 when they tried to put him on trial with evidence from \u2014 which was being repeated by somebody who wasn\u2019t there and under oath \u2014 he said, \u201cwhere are the witnesses against me?\u00a0 I am a Roman, and I have a right to confront my accusers.\u00a0 They should be here.\u201d\u00a0 And so that led to, actually, his voyage to Rome to have his case heard before the Emperor.\u00a0 Um, so it\u2019s an ancient rule; it\u2019s strictly,\u00a0strictly\u00a0enforced in the criminal courts for very obvious reasons.<\/em><\/p>\n “Um, and, um, s0 \u2014 that\u2019s what we\u2019re talking about here.\u00a0 And, um \u2014 so \u2014 if the person who is making this descriptive material is here and can be put under oath and can be cross examined, uh, then it\u2019s admissible, but otherwise it is not admissible through the officer here.”<\/em><\/p>\n You can read more about that particular discussion at:<\/p>\n There’s lots, lots more too.\u00a0 It all seems very interesting and from what I’ve read and heard (video) so far I like Judge Bruce Schroeder.<\/p>\n I’d like to write more tonight but I just don’t have the time available to write.\u00a0 Rather than wait weeks (or months sometimes) drafting the perfect article I’ll do it in parts (and publish them quickly).\u00a0 \u00a0Thanks for stopping by WOBIK and reading Part 1!<\/p>\n Please exercise your free speech in the comments section below.
