\"\"<\/a>This is the only active federal litigation, that I know to exist, which lists Willard Mitt Romney as a party.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attorney Douglas A. Wallace alleges that Mitt Romney\u00a0is not eligible for POTUS because Romney is a High Priest\u00a0holder of the Melchizedk (or Melchizedek) Priesthood which Douglas states to be the parent organization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or as it is more commonly referred as LDS Church or Mormons.<\/span><\/p>\n

Douglas A.Wallace\u00a0is a member of the Bar of the State of Washington.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0In\u00a0the year 2002\u00a0he elected to be placed\u00a0the non-disciplinary suspended list for personal reasons.\u00a0\u00a0 He is currently located in Nevada.<\/span><\/p>\n

I briefly looked into Wallace’s background and it appears that he ordained a Black American male to Mormon priesthood when it was taboo\u00a0to so back in\u00a01976 and embarrassed the church.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wallace seeks\u00a0the following relief (among\u00a0other relief and not limited to):\u00a0“<\/strong><\/span>The Court should\u00a0issue a temporary restraining order against defendant ROMNEY temporarily restraining him from further campaigning\u00a0for the Office of President and an order to show cause why he should not be permanently enjoined from seeking the office.<\/span><\/em>“<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The complaint consists of 21 pages in which\u00a0you’ll find\u00a0all sorts of thought provoking references\u00a0such as, though by no means limited\u00a0to,\u00a0Senator Frank Church\u00a0and also the\u00a0NSA Utah Data Center (located in the heart of Mormon country) which is still in under construction and is not due to open until sometime in late 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n

If nothing else it at least makes for an interesting read an notably so as the only active federal litigation in which Mitt Romney is a party.<\/span><\/p>\n
