Director, Missouri Department of Health <\/em> 497 US 261 (1990)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Various other relevant case law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probable cause, clear and immediate threat to public health, petitions with the Court and emergency hearings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innocent until proven guilty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strict scrutiny standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Religious freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christians prosecuted in 2020\/2021 for holding Church service on Sunday in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face coverings violating religious beliefs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Private companies dictating medical policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Private companies practicing medicine without license<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HIPAA violations (e.g., medical questions asked in public).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masks, facial coverings, social distancing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suicides related to covid lockdowns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elderly deaths and loneliness due to covid policy\/law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First amendment rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fourth amendments rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Science in relation to policy and law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please exercise your free speech in the comments section below.
