It would be a formidable task for my to try to count the number of times that I have received an email or a telephone call in which I was asked (and\u00a0more often than not\u00a0in a manner that may suggest that I have a bird-brain) why I sent the\u00a0Lucas Daniel Smith 4th of July 2010 letter to United States Congress\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0to Nancy Pelosi and not other members of US Congress.<\/span><\/p>\n

A\u00a0few real examples\u00a0of the said emails are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0 “Mr. Smith, with all your research and trouble you went through, why in the world would you send the information to the enemy, don’t you know obama and pelosi and like brother and sister when it comes to the office of the president, they look out for each other. I would be willing to bet that your letter never got out of Ms. Pelosi’s office. I very strongly suggest you re-address it to someone like the Speaker of the House.”<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0 “Mr. Smith, I have visited wasobamaborninkenya.com and have read the site’s contents with consdierable interest. Did you really believe that Nancy Pelosi and the democrats would assist you in this matter? I suggest that you again write to the U.S. Congress, this time to John Boehner and Mitch McConnell.”<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0 “I wanted to commend you on getting the certificate and know its a hard battle to fight. But you should have NEVER EVER tryed with nancy peloci. She is the most corrupt woman besides Hillary Clinton. But I just want to say thank you in getting this certificate and sorry that the government just doesnt want to listen.”<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0 “Mr. Lucas, Is there any reason why you would not re submit your letter about Obama to the new speaker of the House?? Nancy was the wrong person to even think that she would “run” with it.”<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I welcome nearly all emails and telephone calls and I invite the public to contact me with any all questions that they might have for me.\u00a0 I make an earnest effort to respond to nearly all emails (Lucas_d_Smith@Live.com<\/a>) <\/span>and telephone calls<\/span> (319-804-0440<\/span>).<\/span><\/p>\n

This particular blog report will serve as, and hopefully suffice as, an answer to all past, present and future emails addressed to me in reference to why\u00a0I sent a letter to Nancy Pelosi concerning Barack Obama being ineligible to occupy and hold\u00a0Office of President of the United States of America.<\/span><\/p>\n

I sent the letter to every single member (minus two vacant seats at the time: House District 3 of Indiana<\/strong> and House District 29 of New York<\/strong>) of US Congress, including non-voting members.\u00a0\u00a0Five hundred thirty-nine (539)\u00a0letters in total.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Each letter was individually addressed to its Congressional <\/span><\/span>recipient. <\/span>Each letter was notarized in July of 2010 at US Bank\u00a0located at 222 2nd<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401. Following each letter are scans of the letters hand addressed envelope as well as the USPS date stamped certified mail receipt.\u00a0All of the letters were sent in August of<\/span> 2010 at the counters of\u00a0the United States Post Offices located at 615 6th <\/span><\/span>Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401 and 1930 Wiley Boulevard SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All<\/span> postage fees, certified mail fees and notary fees\u00a0were paid for in full by a patriotic supporter, Bruce Steadman of Georgia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The said letters, hand addressed envelopes (with postage), attachments and USPS Certified Mail receipts have been available to the public since September of 2010 in PDF format via my Patriot1980 scribd.com account.\u00a0 The PDF is nearly 4000 pages in length and, due to the file size, had to be divided into 8 segments for upload to the scribd.com website.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
