that Texas businessman Ed Butowsky <\/em>filed a lawsuit<\/em><\/a> where he outed reporter <\/em>Ellen Ratner<\/em><\/a> as his source for information on Seth Rich. The DNC operative was murdered in the summer of 2016 in Washington DC. His murder was never solved. According to the lawsuit Seth Rich provided WikiLeaks the DNC emails before the 2016 election, not Russia. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This totally destroys the FBI and Mueller\u2019s claims that Russians hacked the DNC to obtain these emails.<\/em>
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Butowsky claims in his lawsuit:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Rattner said Mr. Assange told her that Seth Rich and \nhis brother, Aaron, were responsible for releasing the DNC emails to \nWikileaks. Ms. Rattner said Mr. Assange wanted the information relayed \nto Seth\u2019s parents, as it might explain the motive for Seth\u2019s murder.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

On November 9 2016 Ellen Ratner admitted publicly that she met with Julian Assange for three hours the Saturday before the 2016 election. According to Ratner, Julian Assange told her the leaks were not from the Russians, they were from an internal source from the Hillary Campaign.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the duo, they obtained the transcript from former FBI Chief of Staff James Rybicki where he states that the Obama White House was the entity that was pushing the Russia conspiracy as early as October 2016 \u2013<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, October 17, 2019, we have the following update ==>><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ty Clevenger reported<\/em><\/a> that he received a response from the FBI and they basically said that the DOJ was lying.\u00a0 Clevenger writes <\/em>\u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, back to today\u2019s events. In the response filed this \nafternoon, the FBI attacked the statements of Mr. Isikoff and Ms. Hines \nas \u201cunsworn\u201d and \u201chearsay,\u201d and it insisted that it did not need to \nconduct any more searches for records about Mr. Rich. Mind you, I\u2019m just\n asking the FBI to pick up the phone and call its Computer Analysis \nResponse Team (\u201cCART\u201d) and ask whether CART has any records about Seth \nRich. The FBI refuses to do that, even though it has twice called the \nWashington Field Office (\u201cWFO\u201d) to ask whether WFO had any records about\n Mr. Rich.<\/p>

According to the FBI, any CART records would have shown up in the \nindex search of the FBI\u2019s Central Records System (\u201cCRS\u201d). As I explained\n in a September 17, 2019 motion, however, the FBI had already admitted \nthat not everything gets entered in the CRS. And now we\u2019ve got the \nformer prosecutor who was assigned to Seth Rich\u2019s case admitting that \nthe FBI investigated his electronic devices\u2026 yet the FBI refuses to \nsearch for records in CART, the place where such records would most \nlikely be found. Suspicious, no?<\/p>

Judge Bloom scheduled a telephone hearing for 11:15 a.m. on Friday, \nOctober 15, 2019, to discuss my motion and the FBI\u2019s response. As you \ncan see from that motion, I\u2019ve asked for permission to take testimony \nfrom Ms. Sines, the chief of CART, and the head of the FBI\u2019s FOIA \nresponse unit. Somebody\u2019s got some \u2018splaining to do.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Hmmm, it sure sounds like the FBI is trying to hide something.\u00a0 Either that or the DOJ is a bunch of liars.\u00a0 Maybe both?<\/em>
